I bought WA Petal and Minette Blush after your review and I now I couldn't live without, so... thanks a lot for your nice, honest and straight to the point reviews! 😉
I really like this concealer as it actually conceals! It stays where it's put & doesn't blend out to nothing where you have to apply a second layer. I'm 51 with dry skin & always nourish well under the eyes. Having dark circles this one's a winner for me.
I love the entire line with the luminosity! I like looking like a wet seal these days I think it looks so fresh! When I was much younger I loved matte everything. My how things change. You are absolutely gorgeous btw good grief! I’ve been watching you for years and you aren’t aging
Same here sister! Matte was THE way when I was young, nowadays I think the only time one will catch me with a matte finish will be when I‘m in my coffin 😂 Until then it‘s a vibrant youthful glow for the win…which by the way I suspect actually stems from the ridiculous amount of SPF I slather on my face 😊
7:30 thank you for saying it’s dry.. I LOVE WA, and i was sooo excited for this concealer! I actually suggested them to add a concealer to their libe in a survey 2 years ago and felt my prayers were answered… But i think it’s not working out for me.. i am 44 and have combination skin that gets dry in the winter, but i am treating my skin as dry skin bc i am starting to age.. i have to say i have noticed my undereyes have gotten wrinkled and dry after using this concealer everyday for 2 weeks now… i wasn’t sure if i was seeing right but this morning i totally confirmed my undereye skin is looking super dry, even though my skin routine hasn’t changed… Big bummer! i think its the HA which actually sucks moisture out.. i don’t know why brands insist in adding HA… i didn’t understand why HA products made my skin worse until i saw Dr Idriss video about HA.. Also, L2 and L4 don’t cover my dark circles enough.. i need more color correction.. although they say they are neutral, they are yellow on my skin.. but if i use just a dot, they blend ok.. buuuuut i need more coverage, which ends up looking thick, dry and i still need color correction.. Anyway, i will have to cave in and try the super expensive Chanel sublimage.. at this point i am desperate 🙈
I ordered this concealer, it will be here tomorrow, can't wait to try it after watching your review. I'm planning on using it as a foundation as well. I really love all the WA products except for the eyeshadow pods she first came out with, now the mat ones I love. Thank You Wayne for all your hard work on making such wonderful videos for us, they are my happy place. Much Love from Canada ❤
Awe, bless you! You’re soo kind and so glad I can help. You can definitely use the WA concealer as a foundation, you only need a small amount sweetheart 😊
I love this concealer. Finally a holly grail concealer, hydrating (no caking), thick natural looking, longwear 8h, great tone of color! ❤❤❤ this is fire. And I use the aquafor hack on my undereye to add a bit of hydration especially when I go to the office (supee dry air)
My 52-year-old skin and I are giving this a big yes. It is really challenging to find a full-coverage under-eye concealer. Lancome, Haus Labs, and now Nars... I like Nars the best, but I will try this now. I love the Atelier line. The bronzing drops and contour sticks are phenomenal. Thank you for the review!!
@@TheBohemianStyleI’ve tried haus labs, Lancôme, westman and nars (in the pot) and my favorites have been hard labs and nars. NARS has better coverage than haus but haus is hydrating. Good luck!

I love the new concealer….i apply serums and a moisturising spf and have no problems with movement with such moisturising prior to application. I love the brightening effect as well.
I wish you would review the new Sarah Creal line. I truly value your opinion, it has guided me many times in making ( or not making) my makeup purchases ;-)
"When one could apply blusher everywhere..one should apply blushereverywhere and that is what one is doing" haha i love it. A apply blush on all those exact spots and i find it most natural and look together. People dont just blush in their cheeks.
I bought it to try it out. I've been using concealers with more slip under my eyes primarily and any redness, but this one intrigued me. I've heard really good things about it so I hope I'm not disappointed because it's not cheap.
I trust your opinion very much. I am waiting to see if you review the new Victoria Beckham concealer. I am over age 70 and thinking WA could be too heavy for me.
Hi darling. Heavier concealers tend to settle into fine lines and wrinkles, which can accentuate them rather than smooth them out. Older skin is usually drier and thinner, and thick formulas can create a cakey or uneven finish, drawing attention to areas you're trying to minimize. A lightweight, hydrating concealer will blend more seamlessly and create a more natural, youthful appearance. This emphasizes the need for a more forgiving, moisturizing product. Hope this helps. Let me know xx
May I ask what brush you are using for the blush stick? I haven't had much luck with the WM blush stick and was wondering if it is my brush. Thanks for sharing the details on this concealer.
I have dry, mature skin and I was fully prepared to dislike this when I felt the texture the first time, but sadly for my budget, I like it quite a lot. I "set" my concealer with the lightest shade in the VB bronzer brick and it melds it all together beautifully. I like this so much more than any concealer I've tried in the past year from any of the most popular launches. I hated the Kosas, Tower 28 etc...just be sparing and use a finger as the heat helps it spread just enough.
This looks like the one for me. I need full coverage as I have dark circles and as I am getting older I can’t do too matte or too shiny. Ageing certainly changes your entire makeup bag!
Dear Wayne, that's the first tip I can't underline from you. I bought the concealer and it doesn't work for me. Despite caring for it underneath, I had to set the concealer so that it didn't set off - and I've never had so many wrinkles under my eyes afterwards. I usually use a concealer from MAC and it is worlds better! It's a shame - there is so much hype about this concealer. This one isn't worth the money.🙈😕🫣
Thank you for this review. I was wanting to try it out because I just love their blush (found it after your review). I've got 53 year old skin and I know the concealer wouldn't work on me. My skin wants all of the moisture I can give it. Also don't care for the shiny finish. Very good review though, Wayne.
Hi sweetheart. Yes, we are currently doing a revamp on our cosmetic lines, unfortunately, I can’t give you a date as yet, as it’s down to the manufacturers/factory too. Hope this helps and thank you for your support x
Hi Michelle. You can use a foundation brush, either #5 of my White Gold collection or F4 on my first edition brushes. Pick a foundation brush that works for you and blend away darling 😊X
I'm a long time user of WA and have loved them since they first came out. How do you think this would be for 75 yr old textured (due to sun damage) but not dry skin?
Hi, I am 76 & absolutely love this concealer! My shade is L2 & it’s perfect. Very happy & surprised at its longevity. Currently only using it for my under eyes but I think I’ll try it as Wayne demonstrated tomorrow. Good luck!
Love your reviews but also, that brush, can you advise what it is? I love it. I’m a Haus Labs concealer fan, bit of trepidation despite loving the blusher and contour sticks by them.
It is a little thicker. Kinda like a shadow eye primer. Too full heavy for me. I’m 63 and it’s not for me. If you like fuller coverage. Heavier than yes. I like the Victoria Beckman. It’s lighter coverage and more like skin care type feel. Thanks Wayne. Love your review
I totally agree! I love all WA products but this one has been a bit disappointing. It’s very thick and full coverage. Doesn’t look natural at all on me (compared to all her other products)
I used WA concealer today and I feel like it doesn’t work for me very well. It’s too full coverage and maybe it’s not meant for a 30 years old skin. I will keep using my Kosas concealer and will try to use WA as a eyeshadow primer, or I will give it to my mother. I am not sure if it makes any sense, but it feels like Gucci (the founder of Westman Atelier) is mostly focused on products for mature skin, because I also have a foundation stick and it feels also more like a product with a lot of coverage and very matt.
Oops, gotta try this too, lol! Anything you like, I want to try, because I trust your opinion so much. How are you doing, btw, after the shingles? You look and act like you're feeling well!
I’ve recently lost a lot of weight and I’m finding my under eyes much darker and more sunken with more lines (loss of fat in the area) and I can’t for the life of my find a concealer that covers but doesn’t make me look 95! 😂 I use the Lisa Eldridge skin tint so definitely prefer a natural look, would you recommend this for my situation?
