Cartia and I have been trying to eat a plant based lifestyle since I was pregnant with her when I realized the benefits for both her and I staying healthy by eating more Whole Foods. I tried out vegan dishes and being vegetarian on and off but never felt like I had a reason to fully commit. It was only this year when I was at an all time low with my health that I committed to going vegetarian for a month and started to feel great ( heres my youtube video explaining all this)
You guys definitely wanted some recipe ideas and a peek into what I actually eat in a day so I was so excited to film this for you. My biggest advice is don't subscribe to "diets" but actually change your lifestyle! Learn what works for you, your family, and your body- and make it fun! This doesn't need to be a chore but can actually become a beautiful way for you to appreciate your body and what is does for you mind and soul on a daily basis.

Hi there,
If you do not mind me sharing; abstinence (self-control), exercise, fresh air, nutrition, rest, trust in GOD and water are the laws of health, which if adhered to, will help one live longer. Touching on nutrition, i would recommend opting for an organic, well-planned, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (preferably consuming fruits, nuts and vegetables in their raw form so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole-grains which provides mankind with ultimate health and longevity, i believe, based on experience too. If 'properly planned', it provides the system with the required calcium, carbohydrates, essential vitamins, fats, fibre, minerals, protein and water required to make good blood and enjoy health.
Moreover, i would also recommend to consume colloidal silver (avoid consuming too much according to gathered information) or colloidal gold if one can (pleade avoid purchasing from other countries as it may deplete in quality during transportation based on gathered information too).
If you are one that grows indoor plants or would like to, i would recommend to opt for organic, vegan and peat-free compost, as well as the use of organic liquid feed that does not contain sea weed due to radiation in the seas, i believe. Aww thank you so much! And Cartia gets that mom doesn’t eat meat anymore and we don’t cook it at home currently but she still eats it with other family members! She knows that not eating meat has made mom “so much happier” because I definitely have had a lot more energy since becoming vegetarian haha. Thank you again for the sweet comment❤️

you should only need to wet the rice paper on all sides around twice rather than soak it and it should absorb it as you are prepping the ingredients on it :) but whatever works for you is fine too.

I ate spring rolls for dinner. I used cucumber avocado carrots and rice noddles. Made a peanut thai sauce for dipping. SO GOOD

I make my own noodles! An easy recipe is 3 cups flour 2 eggs and abot 1~3 tablespoons of water with a pinch of salt. If you dont have the motivation to roll it out and cut it into strips you can just make small balls/dumplings and put the sauce over them. Super good and chewwy, with no preservatives. You can also do the dumplings in soups

Cut green beans in pasta sauce is literally so good. I also like to add things like mushrooms, olives, carrots etc. Pasta is so much fun to play around with the ingredients 🍝

Fun fact. With the rice paper you don’t have to soak it all the way until it is soft. You just need to make sure what is on every single part and you can start to assemble it when its still formed. By the time it is assembled it should be soft enough for you to wrap it!

what i love to do to get veggies into pasta sauces is to grate them, they practically wither down to nothing and you dont even taste them! highly recommend!!

To soak the rice papers I use another plate that fits the whole paper and put one in it so it soaks up while I prepare the other one
