Ten Years After for the atmospherics and Musslewhite for that passion--but I think I like your version best of all. I think you will fill the void left by the late great Koko Taylor (Wang-Dang Doodle or Bad Case of Lovin You?). I hope to hear you in person if you make it out to the Left Coast, Northern California in particular. I gotta get one of my granddaughters to take me, they don't mind, they get to hear music they didn't even know existed. Keep on keepin' on!
