I am condracting with PK course and everyone also saying same. When development happens in the land, that's where young family & more rentals pitchs in. Not in some old suburb where no land or no development. I have few examples in Vic.
You do just the opposit of this guy. He try to sell his course. He is a developer. He is building townhouse developments as an active income generation stratergy. He doesn't want every indians to come to do that, so he divert these greedy bunch to buy shabby old houses vulnerable to market fluctuations. Have been observing him for a while. These shitty migrant idiots who did his course wasting 7 k or more, now try to become buyers agents by wasting their friends money. So they are floaking to this platform to advertise their business.
with the naive assumption that property prices will never fall plus a massive amount of money that is not hers is how she did it. sadly putting herself in danger of losing every cent she owns and more
