I actually own Backlash 2004 for my DVD collection. It's a pretty solid show to look back on and sure as hell better then 98% of the PPVs today which I don't waste my on to watch.

I still believe to this day that his case was very convoluted, never believed the "official" story (no, none of that Kevin Sullivan bullshit story, don't worry, I'm not THAT crazy). And of course you have WWE allowing Carlos Colón and Jimmy Snuka be in the Hall of Fame like nothing happened. Benoit was and is erased just because he wasn't alive to tell what happened so it's easy to take all the blame to him. Sorry, but that's what I honestly think.
i didn't really buy that theory it was a cover up but when Bill Apter said on Jericho's podcast that he thought it was a triple homocide covered up. kind of changed my opinion, Bill Apter doesn't just say stuff like that, he's not this Russo type where he'll say something crazy to get people talking.
It's unbelievable that 04 was 13 years ago time flies. As for flair yeah his ruthless aggression era matches weren't anything to write home about but he was still great as a veteran piece for evolution and his promos still brought a ton of entertainment..plus atleast his last match was great
