  • This HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout brings you through four rounds of work/active recovery exercises. Most of the moves you will do in that workout do not require any equipment, occasionally you will use one or two weights, but keep them light, it's about moving quickly, raising your heart rate, and then recovering.
