- In today's video I am doing a Vlog I did in December that wrapped up the year for 2023. I moved to a new office last minute and needed to start marketing my business right away but not in the conventional way like social media. I went around personally and talked to locals in the community just so that they can get to know me. Some were very receptive and I even snagged a few clients this way. Networking is still one of the best ways to promote yourself if you are in the service industry with beauty and wellness. I also give you guys a quick tour of my spa room. In here I do massage therapy, lashes, and facials. I even give a little demo on what it is that actually goes on during a massage. I hope to get my life together both personally and professionally to bring you better content this year. In the next video we are going to take all about cupping therapy.

@@Heidisspalife thank you so much! Thats gonna help me so much, I’m growing my business and my goal is to be full time by July 1. Opening a new biz can be scary and confusing so when people share about their experiences it’s awesome. im here to check if microneedling works. I'm sad with the result :( I think i will no longer continue in doing it to my face acne scars :(
Microneedling helps with acne but it can only do so much depending on what kind they are. A dermatologist will be your best best for more severe acne scars. I hope this helps.

I did but have improvement but not absolute perfect skin.
I haven't seen you upload a video in a while. I think the last video of yours that I watched you were recovering from a surgery? I'm not 100% sure on that though. I do have a question. In some states you have to have an estheticians license to do lashes. A lot of esthetician programs are 6 months. But I've heard that you shouldn't take a lash class that teaches multiple lash styles in 1-2 days. Do you live in a state that requires the estheticians license to do lashes? Did you feel that it took you a while to do certain lash styles? Btw, I hope your business is successful in the new location.
lash classes that teach multiple can be over whelming. When I taught it in Florida I focused on just classics so that students can master that first. Some states require either an esthetician or cosmetology license to practice however I rarely see licensed pros especially if they practice on their own. Sometimes schools don't even teach you lashes you have to still go and pay for a class outside of school. Thank you for your kind words I am trying out here the struggle is real when you start all over again. I do plan on posting more often I took a nice break for a couple of months. This year I feel renewed. :)
