There’s some people like myself who would like to apply for community college education regardless of what state in the USA 🇺🇸. I recently attended a graduation ceremony for a friend who graduated from Southern CT state university in New Haven CT. One really good question to ask is if, in that state and at that school, you are able to take ANY classes during the time used to establish residency. Some allow for a few hours/courses and some restrict to work alone. Find out the information that is specific to your situation.
