Thanks for reminding us not to push through pain. I once had someone working with me who actually told me to push through pain but I didn't because I felt that it could be dangerous and I preferred to listen to my body than obey someone who might not know what they're talking about
. But your approach is very professional.
I have had my fingers curling since my stroke, stretching them passively has helped. I’ve had Botox to ease them which has been beneficial

I'm a stroke survival and that is the wrong way of doing it you suppose to Ben it then your finger will open automatically
So what is the correct way in your opinion?
Thanks for sharing your approach. It sounds like you’re talking about wrist tenodesis, meaning when the wrist is bent the fingers loosen. This may work for some people but others may require more intensive stretching like the approach I show here. Every survivor is different so approaches should be, too!
