    I have a issue if you dont mind answering. When i was a 14 year old i use to do 500 pushups everyday, then after a couple months i stopped. Since then my right shoulder clicks when i pull it back in a bench postion. It doesnt click when shoulder pressing just when i bench.

      What would you recommend to minimise or prevent any long term damage that hasnt been done yet.
