I dont really know much about editing, but a solution could be that for certain parts, you leave the bottom section with the subtitles on screen and the accompanying audio, cutting off the top 80% of the footage. This would likely be more work, but perhaps it can resolve the blocking thing

Most people in Hawkins believed that everybody died in a fire at the Starcourt Mall, which is one place where a lot of otherwise unconnected people might all die with no recoverable bodies.
Get ready for a wild ride! They definitely brought the heat this season.
Having just finished the season, i have to say, this might be the best season of ST yet. But with that said, i haven't seen any of the season more than once, so i might have forgot some of the good parts in those.
This is my favorite season so far because it’s such a nod to one of my favorite 80s classic horror movie. Not sure if you guys are aware but this episode/ season, mainly this seasons villain, even Chrissy’s death (and Eddie being in the wrong place at the wrong time when that happens) is all inspired by Nightmare on Elm Street. Chrissy’s death is actually very similar to Tina’s death (first victim) in Nightmare on Elm Street.
I like it best just because he story is so much more fleshed out. They actually explain how and why the villain came to be, and it's a really captivating story.

Yeah, at the end of last season, after the mind flayer avatar stabbed her and got into her skin, she lost her powers. They emphasized it in the final scene of the season when she tried to force grab something out of her closet.

I can write an essay about this ep but Ill refrain from doing that. Eleven lost her powers at the end of the previous season when there was that thing in her leg. And when I first saw this, I was absolutely horrified and heartbroken for Chrissy. What a SHOCKING scene, wow. The pretty cheerleader was the LAST person I expected this to happen to. Great reaction. And damn business must be good for you guys, it's like a reaction golden age lol

I played a lot of sports and not once ever got mad or disappointed if my friends didn't show up.
Because I played for my enjoyment, not to be popular. My friends had outside interests from mine sometimes.
And as a kid in Jr high and high school in the 80s and 90s...teachers used to call kids out all the time in class on their grades. So they had this part right.

@@ISavant what? Lucas likes d and d he just didn’t want to be bullied and was interested in basketball and saw that he could fit in to not be bullied. A d and d game is more easier to be moved to another time than a basketball tournament that is planned which is why he asked them to try to get it moved, he wanted the guys to be there bc he actually likes basketball and they’re friends I’d still go and support my friends even if I don’t find it interesting, non of them were in the wrong
Lucas did it for enjoyment and popularity (to not be bullied) either way Lucas can’t control the game time while the d and d game can, although it obv didn’t work besides they could have done it when mike came back and even continue it, ik it must suck but Lucas really wanted them to be there bc they’re still his friends it wasn’t his fault the game was on the same day as the d and d game, non of them were really wrong

37:02 Guys! This Max thing was a MAJOR reveal in the storyline. You really have to stop watching trailers, especially as reactors. Know that the "creatives" behind the storytelling and the "executives" behind the trailers and promos have two different agendas. And trailers NECESSARILY contain spoilers. This robs viewers of reaction channels of authentic reactions to storypoints the writers have painstakingly crafted.
Yeah I see where you're coming from about the trailers. However, some things to note:
We have to make enough money on UA-cam to pay rent, bills, etc. Trailers are perfect for making money because they require little effort, little edit times, and they get tons of views.
They also help get subscribers. I see huge subscriber spikes in my video analytics whenever we post trailer reactions. It helps get eyes on your channel that you wouldn't get otherwise. Fans will binge-watch tons of trailer reactions because all the videos are so short.
There is truth to what you say yes. It can and does effect the reactions slightly because we've already seen some scenes in the trailers. But it's a double-edged sword because of the reasons I stated above, we're kinda damned if we do and damned if we don't.

And at least you're honest and up front about it. You incorporate your spoiler knowledge into your analysis, instead of acting like you're surprised when it happens.
Just one minor thing though. When you do such things, you may wanna give a mild spoiler alert. Some folks who avoid trailers might be watching your reactions "in real time." I'd sometimes do that, but after being spoiled by some reaction videos, I stopped watching along with reaction channels. I learned to watch the whole season before tuning into reactions.

Yea El lost her powers in the last episode of season 3. She couldn't fight the monster at starcourt mall and then even after the monster there was a few weeks time jump and she still didn't have any powers. So it's been about 8 months since she lost them.
