Hard sell for 27sqmt, but good salesman.

Thank you for your feedback. Fair point, as the 27sqm options are the smallest 1br type. Some buyers are ok with this size, though we expect the 33+ sqm units to be the most popular. Both the 27 and 33 sqm units have the hidden sliding wall to separate the living area from the bedroom which is a nice feature.

Agreed, the wires on the main road are not very attractive, though the private road that this property is on which runs directly to the beach has no overhead wires, everything is underground. The area here is also home to the highest concentration of luxury properties in the Pattaya area.

Meh, overall, these are pretty underwhelming, considering some of the other newer properties in the area.
However, the 2 Bed/2Bath, 70-75sqm is very nice.👍

We feel that after completion, the management, upkeep, and overall standard will be among the best for the area. That being said there are a number of other options that might be better suited for buyers depending on their needs.
