As a European, I find the interior design of most Thai homes including this one to be unnecessarily tacky, there is far too much going on. Competing marbles that clash with each other, gold accoutrements - far too much bling, its gaudy and tasteless. Would be far better with less of this and a simple clean palette with a high quality of finish and aspects such as single marbles being a focal point - I really do not understand the current design philosophy, it seems to be catering to wealthy Chinese and Arab clients. The kitchen island is also far too small for this size of house
