My lid closes fine but my slider does not seem to be working. When I slide it to the left nothing is happening, the pressure cook option does not come on. When the slider is middle left or middle right the saute function activates. When far right if I select air fryer function, the panel says shut lid and the lid is shut.
I’ve been using brake cleaner on the left hinge to keep it clean so it makes contact. In my humble opinion they made a super bad design and need to make good on their part. Contacting them is useless. So I’ll try to keep this one going but will never ever buy a product from them again
