    I am a little behind here and had no idea you have been going through this, I am so sorry. We are starting to think ahead to a future Disney World trip and your channel was the first to come to mind in terms of outstanding Disney resort room tours - they are the best.     I truly enjoy your room tours and have watched them all, and then when I am missing Disney World, I watch them again :) I hope Disney realizes what an asset you both are in other ways. It is because of your videos that I purchased my DVC points and you helped me decided on which resorts to buy into, I am sure I am not the only one! I hope things are resolved soon and you are able to get back into the parks.

    I have been hearing this has been happening. I hope you guys have a solid Plan B and I can’t wait to see you when all this is sorted and you’re back in the parks.     Hang in there! I’m always happy to see you both when researching trips. When Here with the Ears is in the list it’s the first I click :) You had the setback with the room challenge in 2020 and made it through, and hopefully this is just another temporary hiccup.
    Luck is when preparation meets opportunity. Your family has what it takes to find your happily ever after. We are looking forward to see what’s in store for 2024.

    I am so sorry to hear this Robert and Alyssa! You have always been so positive about Disney and have shown Disney in such a positive light! Your room tours and “Year With the Ears” series were so great to watch, and I loved donating to Cast Member Christmas the last couple years. Your love for Disney is so genuine which makes this even more of a sad situation! I hope this all works out for you so that you can enjoy Disney with Max. ❤️

    Well that sucks. If it does have to do with the fine print regarding if annual passes can be used for commercial enterprises I’m wondering why Disney went for trespassing instead of just revoking the annual passes.

    Heart Breaking!!! I've watched you both for YEARS!!! YOU ARE THE BIGGEST DISNEY FANS IN THE WORLD!!!!!! We are a bit turned off by Disney lately, so we will be taking our family to Universal in June for the 1st time, then heading off on a Royal Caribbean Cruise.
    We have not booked yet, and we will be using you if you think it isn't too last minute! You'll hear from us soon!!! We ABSOLUTELY WILL SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR BEAUTIFUL FAMILY!!!

    I’m so sorry this is happening to you! You all are the least deserving of this kind of treatment. Your videos kept me going through the pandemic. I even run your room tours while I’m working so I can have something to watch or listen to. We love you guys and hope that something amazing comes out of this for you.     I don't go to Walt Disney World anymore I was a passholder but you decide to actually Mike Adam the woo and be one of those DVC People I'm glad you're able to stay at your Resort that you can't go to theme parks

    I understand their wanting to stop 3rd party tours, but to simply trespass without warning is extremely inconsiderate (to put it mildly). Hopefully you get this sorted out soon. Good luck and happy holidays!

    Disney continues to bite the hand that feeds them, whether it's banning influencers and tour guides from their parks or making extremely divisive content that alienates 50+% of their potential clientele. I hate to hear about what happened, but when one door closes, another opens! I've noticed that all of my friends who once took trips to Disney World are now booking visits to Universal instead. It would be awesome to see your family's spin on Universal attractions, restaurants/food, and events! Hope your family has a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.

    I am very much following the progress of this situation and withholding my personal opinion until it is resolved. What about 3rd party babysitting services, 3rd party photographers, 3rd party gift companies, 3rd party makeup and hair services? This seems very targeted and heartless.     I suspected that when the headlines talked about the other tour companies being trespassed. I'm sorry you got lumped in. I'm sorry that probably ruined your cruise and Christmas for cast members too ... hopefully your family can still come and pass out the goodies you worked so hard to organize!

    Robert and Alissa, we would so love to see other places besides Disney World. Nothing new has been added to those parks and it would be so nice to see all of the other entertainment venues around Orlando, the US, and the rest of the world and there's no one that could do a better job than you guys! All of this will end once Iger is gone, but in the meantime, I really think you guys could expand your channel and do all kinds of great things and that may be the silver lining in this cloud. 😀

    Im sorry this is happening to you. I used to be a Disney fan for almost 50 years but I just can't with them anymore for a lot of reasons, they are such a sleazy company to do this to you and its so despicable to just ban you outright. They could have just issued a warning first. Im am glad you are all healthy and well however. Take care.

    Im devastated that this has happened to you! You both are the sweetest, most honest people out there. Ive been with you since the beginning….I hate that Disney has become all about the dollar and not about what Walt created it to be. So sad.     So sorry to hear this, especially when Disney must have benefitted from your positive content and room tours. Your year at Disney inspired me to have a longer vacation and move around the resorts and booking room types that I didn’t even know existed, the 6 person concierge corner suite at Wilderness Lodge for example.     Here is a solution, until the issue is resolved do other theme park content Universal will welcome you. There are so much other content we'd like to see

      I'm surprised more ppl who have been banned aren't doing this! I feel like the Universal UA-camrs are filled with influencers who DON'T like rides and don't give completely accurate tips about the park. There is definitely a need for true trained tour guides to do more in depth videos at places like Universal, SeaWorld & even Icon Park. I would watch!

    So sorry to hear this. Your videos have helped me book several trips to Disney, which I otherwise may not have even booked. Your videos are so informative and helpful, and you never place judgement or opinions on the different resort options.     Thank you for the update. You and your family have been in our thoughts. I am so very sorry and deeply disappointed in Disney. Not even sure how to process. I am sure Max has helped to provide relief to you during this trying time. Robert, you were such a great guide for us this summer. Your expertise and genuine love for Disney enhanced our experience in the parks. I am so sorry and truly speechless. I will continue to your family in my thoughts.     Gald you are happy and healthy! That is the main thing. Wish you the best of luck in dealing with this. Follow what your lawyer tells you, and I it will work out! When you are able to do videos again, I will be happy to sign back up. You guys still help me fill the time between vacations and cruises as I rewatch your videos.

    Thank you for sharing. I have been perplexed about the whole Disney and outside tour guides thing. Seems more like they're hurting themselves. I hope it resolves in the best way for you and your family.
