Most channels wouldve made a whole episode about the donation for that internet clout. This guy does a 2 minute blurb as he casually gives a food bank 20K. I love it.
That's what it's like when everything doesn't have to be about you. Matt seems like a real genuine and humble guy that's been lucky enough to be able to give back some of the good that's come his way. The world would be a much better place with more folks like him and those around him.

When i saw that it made me go cut some onions too.
I realize this is an old video. The generosity that was displayed at the end brought a tear to this old guy’s eyes. I commented on a recent video about the way Matt and his crew “give”. I’m a believer in that being a key to success.
That last part of this video was the coolest I’ve seen on any channel. No big story. Nothing over the top. Just straight honesty and caring.

I've been watching your channel for a couple months now. Today I'm sitting at Dennys watching this recovery and said to my self ya I'm not driving through water in my jk jeep. Then last minute of the video starts and I'm tearing up lol. You guys are awesome. A lot of people got a warm meal.
Just when you think , you can’t like Matt and his organization anymore , he goes and drops bricks of cash at the food bank !! Gotta love ❤️ these guys !!
I can't believe how quickly the merchandise sold out. On the last video that mentioned their charity initiative I popped over to the site to see how much the little car models were and they were already gone. Mind you, I got to the video not long after it was posted. Astonishing what can be done when nearly a million individuals can be mobilized quickly to assist.

I have NEVER seen Matt use click-bait to get people to watch his videos. He is far above that sort of nonsense.

What strikes me with Matt & co is how likable they are. They're such a sweet bunch all of them. So rare to see. "So we got a call" and they just head out and drag the vehicle out. No patronizing, no foul speak, come to think of it, I haven't noticed a singel f-word. And, as others have said, the ending was priceless! God bless you @Matt and crew.
I have a scout ii here in Greece and I was watching these guys doing recoveries and I thought ......oh they are cool.....what these guys and a the fans of the chanell did for the people in need brought tears to my eyes .......respect from Greece 🇬🇷 ....and yes rhis world can be better when people learn to love and respect
I just realized something. It turns out that the recovery adventures, the fabricating, the fun and laughs.....they're really just icing on the cake. The *real* reason we love MORR it that it reminds us, in many ways, that there are good, decent people out there.

100% Fairly new subscriber, I usually enjoy car content, I don't off road. But this is easily my new favorite channel and I've been going through the whole catalogue. Absolutely the number one reason I watch is because of how everyone in the video interacts with and treats each other. It makes me want to live around good, kind hearted folk. It makes me feel better at the end of the day to watch these videos.
I for one am happy to see the Yankem Ropes guy actually drives a super cool rig. 🤘

The people at the Food Pantry sure are invested. The looks on their faces and excitement in their voices was like someone just gave them personally 20k. That is so awesome. They know just how much that is going to mean to the people that need it. Got me over here tearing up.

Oh man, raised $20k for families in need on turkey day? That's so damn awesome. I love to see people helping out the less fortunate when they're able. Great crew, amazing recoveries, I’m learning a lot about running around 4 wheel drive roads! On the airplane recovery, when Lizzie walked out to make an appointment, that was cool, it reminded me of all the times I’ve walked hunting chukars in high desert! The vastness and solitude of the desert, and the beauty of looking a hundred miles from a mountain top in every direction! I like quads the best, and have owned many four wheel drives! You guys make you realize the limitations and the need for being prepared! 👍😀
Was slightly disappointed we missed out on another *build* video, but the recovery video we were given in return more than made up for it, in my opinion. A huge, double thumbs-up to the camera crew and whoever it was that edited and put this video together! Then camera angles were awesome. And last, as well as most importantly - Matt and everyone had me just about misty-eyed with their comments about gratitude and payback for all that has been given to them.
Matt and Rory doing a recovery together?! That means that everything, in any circumstance, can be recovered. Two of Utah's best.

I enjoyed the piles of $1 bills. It really puts it in perspective how much people gave. That happened really fast too. You just put out a movie about it a few days ago and already you filmed giving them the money. I can't imagine how good it felt to be able to give those ladies that much money to fund a dinner. Hopefully it's enough to have a Christmas dinner too
They sold out in like an hour too. As I went to buy one and it was all sold out.

The difficult thing about going out wheeling is the endless kinds of conditions you run into. Sand ,mud ,water ,rocks , snow and a million other combinations of everything God put on this planet. And being prepared for everything is pretty much impossible. But that is what makes it so much fun and challenging. Matt is an expert at looking at something and knowing what it will take to get a vehicle out without do major damage to the vehicle. But sometimes even the experts do damage to either vehicle the tower and/or the towee. I think Matt has got to be one of the best recovery experts I've ever watched.
Amazing, not only the rescue, but also so many ppl managed to get themselves into this type of dire situation in the first place.
What an amazingly charitable organisation Matt's Off Road Recovery is. I wish you continued success; you are genuine role models for anyone in business.
