that knife sounds really good
The replicant has one of the nicest sounds, change my mind
Well you would hope it would because it’s a $300 knife/400
@@bigchigggsssolo6078 Thanks for putting the "$" in the right place you would not believe how many people don't it actually hurts me inside when people put it after the number

It is officially my first 24 hours of owning a Butterfly knife, but your videos are really helpful, i've already learned a basic twirl, standard opening, gamblers dagger, and now im working on the zen rollover
The zen rollover is by far my favorite beginner trick
Have you a trainer or an originale knife ?
Late but i recomnend the y2k rollover, its easier in my way
@@johann_mc875 original, but when i train the zen rollover i put tape on the blade
I'm getting one soon
It looks simple to do, but it is very complicated :(
So far this has been the only tutorial that has gotten me anywhere close to fanning. Other tutorials seem to mess me up and I always come back to this one.
“Oh no! How do I get out of it?” Lmao 😂 😂😂
omg U POSTED. thank u for making my childhood xd
I don't even have a knife but I still watch your videos with extreme loyalty ❤️
Than make one
The tutorial is on brains tecknowlogy channel
I make a lot of it
You can chose
He have a lot of design
Good thing you upload cuz I bought a butterfly knife yesterday
Good thing because im grounded cuz i went to school with that and go expelled hahahahha
Stewie13 well that wasn’t very smart now, was it?
Stewie13 lol 😂

Nice to you see a new vid from you, love your content and thanks for teaching tricks.
Literally going to help me out doing some new tricks! Thank you for the tutorial!
Only one month in, but I see a lot of similarities to learning to ride a bike. You can watch and follow instructions, but you don't really understand until you do it. Keep trying and watching Artsea.
Imma be honest. Fan is legit the hardest trick I’ve tried. Chaplin was incredibly easy though. Took like 5 min to go pretty fast with Chaplin. Tried the fan like 50 times and I still can’t get it consistent.
I have about 20 years with Balisongs and can do most tricks. Still blade up fans that swap from proper to blade up. Idk what I'm doing but I can't get the consistent either.
I'm a beginner but learned helix, behind the 8ball, blender and y2k rollover pretty easily, but the fan is a thing I cannot do. It's just to hard. I was never a guy with a strong hand/fingers, but this is wild
I know I keep saying this and you must be tired of reading it, but your videos have been improving every time, now. I'm not talking about the content, which is awesome, rather, the quality of the audio and the video. The thing I like about fanning is that one or two of them together between other moves looks really good, especially to those who aren't very familiar with flipping. Thanks for another great tutorial, and I hope you get more time to make and upload more videos!
For some reason when I started the flipping witch I am still beginner but anyways for some reason I was always fanning and thought it was cool and that it was super super duper Xtra spectacular amazing cherry on top rare trick
U a pro now huh
It’s been 3 months
Just got a trainer and starting to binge tutorials. Think I finally have a good double rollout where I'm not bashing my knuckles. Gonna work on this next. Appreciate the videos!
So I got this new trainer today and I searched up cool tricks with a butterfly knife and I saw you and you really helped me out
It’s such an art form all of this.
I guess the main point is that bit where it comes back from the double roll out.
- when that blade gets to the point where it can go no further.
- take that moment, almost counter intuitively, in how you use that moment where it could just as easily go one way or another, to start the knife rotating in the way (at least I right now getting to grips with this.) that almost seems the opposite of what it would want to do.
- but it could just as easily go one way or another at this one point while its travelling.
- that’s the spot.
It’s like you have this point of momentum where the handles meet the business part of the trifecta, to then manipulate the inertia with your hands. It’s great. It’s all about the dexterity.
Second year maths at secondary school was spent learning how to spin a pen around my finger and then the double spin and the thing with the coin across the fingers or knuckles from one hand to another haha butterfly knives make so much sense. They are very cool. It’s mental watching people compete in the knife flourishing world. Literally all ages just tearing it up at these conventions. Some of them are amazing. I should definitely forgive myself and keep practicing. Haven’t been doing it for very long in the grand scheme of things. Nice video.
If I have it all wrong please correct me but I think I have what you said about the roll out and rotation on point in principle with varying degrees of success. Peace ✌️thanks
Thx so much u helped me learn this
I love ur vids so much......ur like the queen of balisongs for me and thanks for all these tricks
(No simping -_-)
Keep up the great eork
Nothing wrong with simping for a girl who can handle knife like a pro

Nice tutorial. Fanning was always hard for me.
Hang on loosely but don't let go....
Definitely a key component to a lot of balisong tricks. Nice vid! I've been binge watching you vids!
this video had great timing! the other night i started learning youre beginner combo that looks sick but i couldnt get the fanning down and i didnt like the old tutorial.
Let's get this girl to 100K subscribers!
Honestly the best fan tutorial, thanks
Sadly my main knife is heavier than the one I learned on an it is so hard to fan on it but then the one I learned on I can easily fan an it makes me so sad is there any tips or anything you could give for fanning with a heavy butterfly knife?
Thanks for the tutorials over the few months it really helped me alot
Please please please do left-handed tutorials! It would help me so much!
Just stop being Left handed
Duh
@@thelegendofminecraft7310 that's actually what I did. As a kid I was a left handed person, but my parents enrolled me in archery. they decided to buy a right handed bow. For the next couple of months I had to switch to using my right hand for everything, and at first it was weird, but after that I got used to it. For almost 8 years now I've been right handed.
@@ImGonnaShitYourPants ayo my older sis did something like that but instead of archery it was a effort from our mom to have her fit in more then when she was way older my mom realized it wasn’t strange it was special
@@thelegendofminecraft7310 tbh I'm kinda glad that I switched to being right handed. It's like everything is designed to make it hard to be a lefty. Even tutorials.
Just do it in the other way, it's just the same and I'm left handed, try to adapt
Your method of explaining is super cool !!! My new favourite channel ...
Hay artsea you are a inspiration to my Instagram account!!! Thanks you so much for teaching me your amazing tricks and hope you stay your amazing self!! 😁😁
thanks
Thx you explain it so well
Can you describe the sensation of what it should feel like? When I try to fan, the blade points up (as you say, incorrectly). But there are occasions, when it lays flat. And there’s definitely a change in the feeling of the moment of inertia. It’s hard to describe. But it feels like it goes from just ‘slinging something around an axis’ to a kind of weightlessness. What’s happening?
it should be feeling kinda weightless yeah, depending on the weight of your blade compared to the weight of the handle, but yeah there is definitely a difference in how it feels. i mean at the end of the day its essentially 1 weight pulling on the axis as it spins vs 2 weights pulling on each other as it spins
@@john-fu2ry does it affect the trick when my handles are heavier than the blade
@@SwiftlySev i cant say for certain as ive never had a blade significantly lighter than the handles, but my best guess is that it would still be a noticeable difference in the feel of the spin from spinning the one handle to spinning the handle and blade. it might end up being a bit harder, as ive said im not entirely sure. i would recommend to just keep trying it and eventually youre gonna get those moments where the blade drops and you're doing the fan properly, and from there you can just adjust your movements to the point where you can get the fan consistent.
as soon as i touched a balisong for the very first time that was the first thing i learnt somehow
Nice wish I had a better knife to do this in my kraken Racken is taking a long time to get here
At least you got a kraken 😥
In my currency the knife i use is 5 dollar or below and i also make butterfly knife with popsicle stick i can do it on both balisong
I have a lego balisong
I just get my new balisong trainer today, it's better from far than my first one. But after looking closely, it seems like I've got the same one in this video (!). Just the color is different on grip of handles. Still learning some tricks thanks to your videos.
Thanks i got my trainer yesterday and try to learn this right😄
I have a wood and duck tape balisong, I don’t know if this affects the weight or anything I’m just haveing some trouble with this trick
Hi artsea i learn a lot of tricks because of your tutorials thank you so much✨i just started last month
Thank you for this tutorial!
When I started to fan the blade would stand up but this video helped me over that problem straight away, thank you!
It still stands up for me got any tips?
Still stands
I cant get my fingers to move that fast
I really love that knife
You is magic girl✨🔮
Thanks
OMG thank you master
I love your channel artsea and what buttefly mnjfe do you you recommend preferably under 60 dollars
Any squid industries knife
This is my favourite move that i do it so much until my hands got wounds everywhere
That’s a pretty sick replicant, but I still remember your old vids where u were using Amazon trainers :)))
I love your channel your vids helped me out so much thank you I might try and do butterfly knife vids on my channel
Can u do a tutorial on the trick that octane does from apex legends when he inspects his butterfly knife (heirloom). I mentioned this before and I don’t think I saw it
@Catburry ive seen people do it
@Catburry practice
I love these tricks! What do you think I should get for a new trainer? (Preferred under 80$)
Any squid industries trainer!
Bbbarfly pro v2 for 89$
Oops I cut My finger not looking for something that big but thanks!
ArtSea THANK YOU
Kinghunter503 np but yeah squid industries would definitely be the beat if you dont want the barfly
Hello ArtSea, I am wanting to start Balisong flipping for fun and i was wondering if from your opinion what knife I should get. Personaly I am wanting a Cutsss CS:GO knife.
YOU HELPED ME SO MUCH THANO YOU I ALSO FIXED MY BROTHERS BALISONG
How do u get the blade and the other handle to stay in a straight line when twirling? Mine keep staying at a 90 degree angle.
I have a practice balisong that is a bit loose on the knife and a bit small in my hand. I can retighten the handles to exactly what they need to be but the handles being to small is a big problem because I don’t feel i have proper control and the end that are suppose to stop the knife when it’s closed pinch my fingers a lot as well sense my hand is so close to where it all comes together
Hey im new to bali flipping
Kan plz teach me tricks for beginers . Btw love the video
Go see « big flip » his beginners tutorial is very great!!!
Could you make a video on how to make the handle not loose, mine is and i have no idea when it would fall apart.
Heya uhhh im here... idk *Anywho* (steps away from the darkness) cough luv your content and ur channel almost more than any other UA-camr because you come up with original content over [ME IDOT I DONT REMEMBER] and thats pretty rad keep up your great work Sea/bro I dont know luv you knives.......... im going to shorten this btw.... heh yeahh so umm hru?hrs?
HAHAA I REMEMBER>:)..... totally didn't scroll down cough all started with your intro...... you still have rib sticks? Those are still sick right? Probably not
Thank u
Yes I have a question how long take you to learn that trick
im 5 days in and barely spin it for like 20 times
What is my problem that I can't do this move! I'm beyond frustrated. It's supposed to be so easy.
hi, im not sure if you still reply to these old videos, but whenever i try to do this , the bite handle falls over back onto the blade, what am i doing wrong?
I can do just about every main trick but can't fan without the blade wanting to stand straight up.
I use a Squid Triton and can never get any consistency in the handle and blade being flat.
I don't get it.
Amazing video
woah so ive been doing this without knowing it was a trick lol
how do you move it so fast with just the thumb? it takes me like a second to actually move it
How do you move your finger fast enough where it doesnt crush them
Fanning is sooo hard. Any tips?
i love your videos
Titanium clink good
idk is its just my Balisong but I cant keep the blade and the bite handle straight when I spin it the blade points forward and only the handle is side ways
I have a tactical butterfly knife I thinks it too heavy to fan
What knife is that you have
over here struggling with my barfly v3 lmao
Are these knives sharp?
Yeah my knuckles hate me now 😂
first i love ur vids
is my knife too heavy or something? i cant get it out of that straight up position and i cant get it anywhere near as fast either
It is a clone replicant?
My handle is so much heavier than my knive. Is it harder or easier?
This is exactly what my computer is
why is my hand going upward and blocked the way of the fanning. I can only do like 20 spins and then my hand will stop it by getting too close to the blade or the bite handle
should the two handles be loose?
my blade doesnt stays like a fan it alwasys goes up what should ı do (sorry for my bad english)
I can do the choker fan but i cant do the basic fan properly:/
Yea it is strange sometimes how people can do advanced tricks but not fanning
100th like this was dope :d
What knife is that?
I’m using a metal butterfly knife trainer and it’s hard, this is before the video btw
Can I edit for you?
Thanks My Hand Now Bunch Scratch
This trick has kicked my butt 🤦♂️
Who else is saving tutorials while waiting for their balisong to arrive
Can u plz be more details on how u just expect us to know so plz can u go more step by step on how to like actually do it
I primarily use my BBBarfly OG2, and thought I absolutely sucked at fanning, until I tried it with one of my other balisongs... The Barfly OG is fun, but very poorly balanced for fanning
Whenever I try this my hand keeps sliding up the safe Handel, anyone have advice? (On a nautilus v2)
what your balisong
It depends if your knife is too handle biased
This feels impossible and I've been at this for 2 weeks. Not flipping but this trick. I can do a lot of beginner tricks. I can do aerials. I can do the shortstop even. I'm not sure what I'm missing or if this is just harder because of my massive hands. If my Vulp is closed it goes from the bottom of my wrist to the middle of my middle finger. My hand is 8in long from bottom of wrist to top of middle finger and about 4 inches wide across.
I can’t it’s soo hard
Thanks baby
Are you gonna review your squiddy g soon?
Yea sure! Thanks for reminding me
