That’s not a house. That’s a mansion!!! Tanzania has some beautiful houses. Love that the master bedroom has a tub.
Those ceilings are awesome.
The cabinets in the kitchen looks like real wood instead of pressed wood.

The bed and baths are interesting.
One thing I didn’t like. The door in the kitchen doesn’t meet the floor. I’m not the one that would be walking and see a critter walking in the house as well. I would leave everything.😂😂

Locals will be wasting money for renting for that amount because they could build that one for themselves in short time.
The average salary for locals in Tanzania is $150 a month. Do the math...the average Tanzania citizens will not even go near these homes for rental 'cos they can't afford it... beautiful homes though!

Yes beautiful but we aren't gonna act like we didn't see how close to the wall that toilet is are we lol. I'm 6'2" and my wife is shorter and even she said that couldn't work for her.😅 other than that the place is very good.👍🏾

@@drgarad you may sound better by considering majority of people in Tanzania own their own homes no matter standards, a regular Tanzanian who can pay rent for this house probably can build a decent house, some are renting these houses not because they don't have houses but they are away from their houses because of business or job so they rent a property to rent another property
Also there are more than 30,000 civil servants moved from Dar to Dodoma capital city in 2018 so many houses are vacant, now real estate business in Dodoma is in top notch

That was the average size house I lived in, in Dubai, these houses are everywhere. Sorry this one doesnt even have marble stairs, so yeah this is not that nice.
