That last hotel has the collapsible capsules that you can order in bulk and refit it for futuristic design. The only issue in it was technical upkeep. I personally would've just bought my own capsule to create at that point.
Honestly first hotel feels like 5 stars, it's quiet, there's games, the town has a built in alarm, it sounds perfect. Who cares if the games are outdated they're still fun, try again with friends or family members you enjoy being around like a cousin or brother idk.
