Start of July I had a week in the southern French alps on a bucket list bike holiday so was fit and in shape, but that was immediately followed by three weeks with our lass in France & Italy, just eating and drinking with zero training. Now about 8 kgs overweight and time to sort it out!! Nowt pie shaped for a while.

Will you be doing any cyclocross related training videos? I’m a dog shit cyclocrosser but this year I would like to try and be as prepared for cross as possible.
I am planning on doing some but at moment I am beating myself up at how I feel on the bike.
