Not a standstill in our area. We’ve been moving right along. It’s certainly a little bit slower with higher rates but I’m as busy as I’ve ever been right now! I absolutely don’t see prices dropping that much. I’d be surprised if they fall more than 10%. To many people moving around right now. As soon as rates go back down it will be a buying frenzy. Agents are dropping like flies because it was so easy from 2019-2022. That’s also not surprising. Good agents are still selling plenty of homes.
Housing is at a standstill and will be till prices drop 35%+. But I know you're trying dude. Good luck. Realtors dropping like flies though.

@@eltonvance8331 it’s zoned for heritage high school. I graduated from that school but you’d have to look into it to see if it’s up to your standards.
