I’m hearing all these big numbers but the law firm I’m working with says the insurance company will Only pay out the amount of the policy. I have three slip disk in neck c2c3and c4. I’m not an attorney however isn’t that the whole idea of insurance that your policy limit is the most the insurance company is legally obligated to pay to the injured party regardless of a jury trial, maybe someone with legal knowledge can answer this question as I’m sure it will also vary from state to state, if your medical bills exceed the policy limit carried by the at fault driver then unless you can be awarded more than the policy limit your in a whole world of financial hurt also, I mean the $10,000 PIP you carry in Florida is pretty much gone if you are taken to the ER via ambulance 😫

I did not have that experience at all. No doctor or PT had anything to say or object to because it was MVC-related m. I had a lawyer and car ins. involved

My attorney says that my case is only worth 10k max in Florida because that is all the coverage they have. I have permenant damage to multiple disks in my back and neck as well as a big scar on my arm. Does this sound strange?

Month ago I got rear ended in a red light by a chevy pickup and my car was considered totaled . woke up with pain in my neck and a headache. I reached out to a lawyer and he set me up with chiropractor and got an MRI test where they discovered 4 bulging disk on my neck. Month later into the accident, I am still experiencing pain. What kind of settlement can I expect in CA?

Wrong. The insurance would love to settle the case with the first move. What he meant to say is your attorney would rather settle in the case in several moves. The insurance company offers the less the first move. Therefore why would they want to make another move. It’s your attorney who’s waiting and asking for move moves.

It should matter if the car hit you air bag deployed and you did nothing now you have pain you taking pills you never took getting physical therapy, look to take lower paying job cause of accident

I did not have that experience at all. No doctor or PT had anything to say or object to because it was MVC-related m. I had a lawyer and car ins. involved
