I tried to make a guitar sound from the album. Didn't touch the drums
Gear:
Guitar- Amplitube 5 with My impulse AJFA
Bass - MODO Bass with My Bass impulse AJFA
Drums - Mario Duplantier VST - Ігри
The middle at 0 is hilarious
Well with Mesa IIC+ the mid is more like a low treble
Middle at 0 is essential!
On the album it was around 4, on the same kind of amp
One of my friends has a mesa mark, the mids knob barely does anything, it's ridiculous. Worst EQ I've ever used
@@ScootyPuff_Jr Mark amps’ EQ knobs are preamp EQ, as in “before pre-amplification”. It adjusts the tone of the guitar before it gets sent to the preamp gain stages. Which is why treble & gain are the primary knobs & bass & mid are less effective when the other two are up above 4-ish.
If you want to EQ the sound *after* the preamp stage adds gain, use the GEQ or put one in the effects loop.
The only inaccuracy is that we can hear the bass 🤷🏻♂️ Haha perfect, man

This actually sounds a bit better, less "sticky". AJFA guitars sound horrible, but for some reason it fits well in the general mix.

It's a matter of taste, when I was a teenager of 14 years old, it was the tone of AJFA's guitar that hooked me
