    Great workout definitely want to give this a go. I usually train upper lower in a conjugate style with two intensity days and two volume/hypertrophy days, how do you think I could fit this into that routine without skipping other major muscle groups?

      I would maybe split up the exercises? There is no magic in having them all in one day. For example, you could maybe put the high pulls on one of the lower body days. And then break up the back and shoulder exercises onto your upper days. Just a thought off the top of my head.

      @@TheStrengthClassroom thanks man sounds good. I usually do my bb rows on lower days anyway so could do that + high pulls then the other stuff on one of the upper days, keep up the great vids
