On the strut pinch bolt and getting the knuckle to release. Use a putty knife in the pinch gap, take the pinch bolt and flip it to the other side tighten it down, the bolt pressing against the putty knife will release the pinch clamp.
@MEGABL0CKS since its a front wheel drive car the engine and transmission are supported from left and right side on frame rails and dont put weight on subframe or anything under the engine, everything attached to subframe is light enough not to affect anything when you remove a bolt or a bracket from one corner.
Do you have a recommendation for replacement struts? Which ones did you use? Do you like them? I need new front struts for my 2015 transit connect but I don’t know which brand to order.
Take a screw driver and slide in between rotor vents holes , screw driver will support itself against brake caliper and you can use Braker bar to brake cv axle nut/bolt loose
Do you have a video on how to press the ball joint to the steering knuckle. I have a 2014 transit connect . The ball joint is press with the lower control arm. Got the old part out having hard time to put the new back

One thing: You showed removing the 2 18mm bolts holding the rear portion of lower control arm but did not shoe how to get to the 21mm nut on the rear most nut, I have 2014 Ford Transit Connect XLT with a SWB. I cannot see let alone get a wrench in to remove that bolt/nut? Any tips or guidance would be helpful as I am stuck replacing strut and passenger side suspension items.
If you check 2:28 in the video , Im using 21mm short socket on top nuts, for rear most one you might need to slide the socket on from different angle, from behind the subframe/from middle of car where exhaust is not from the wheel side.

How did you remove the axel bolt? My rotor just turns when I try to take it off.

Or if you have someone helping then ask them simply press the brake pedal to the floor to stop cv axle from spinning

11/16 box open from the other side of the frame is equivalent to 21 mm.
