FAV- VO- RITE POET!!! WE would love to hear Nikki's poem- record, "Like a Ripple on a pond" i.e. " my man' s been gone longer than you is old"........ one of her poems "from back in the day"! LANGSTON HUGHES is my next favorite! Maya who came up in Arkansas is one of my fav- vo- rite writers' because I , too know "why the caged bird sings" Why the hell he or she sings/ sangs...yeah, I' m good!
