Hi David, not sure what you meant, but if you are saying that when you brought the site in sheet and then if you measure it shows the small dimension? Actually, after scaling the cad file, now if you bring it into sheet, then measuring it will show you small dim. But if you activate the viewport by double clicking, then measure, you will see that it is actually correct dimension which you resized. So, actually it is correct but when when you measure directly on the sheet without activating the viewport it shows small dimension. Hope that helps.
