So I went to school with his younger brother Daniel and his younger sister Jazzy and I’ll tell you right now that they have one of the nicest families ever. Played baseball in Murray with Daniel and had the opportunity to go over to their house a couple times. This was well before David tried out for American Idol but I do remember meeting him and he was genuinely nice. Very soft spoken and just kind. In fact, I didn’t even knew David sang until I saw him on American Idol. My little sister voted for him through the whole show as much as she could 😅
