Barbara, this is the recipe for the cornbread One box of Jiffy cornmeal mix 2 cups of cornmeal regular Two heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese 1/2 cup of buttermilk more if needed One cup of any cheese of your choice One cup of broccoli 1/2 cup of green onions 1/2 stick of melted butter Mix well cook 20 minutes, depending on your oven. Make sure your oven is preheated if the muffins are not brown enough brown them under the broiler❤

It has been a long, long, long time since I've made that kind of soup, but we didn't call it. Nick bones soup. We call it vegetable soup and the nickbones was just our meat we added to it, This is the time to eat it because I am in Louisiana. And we are 6° full of snow.❤
