You should gather the learning for next 5-6 months in a 360 degree mode across supply chain...Sooner you will find the area where you like to grow your career the most as it's very subjective to everyone's own likings. Once you feel comfortable with any of the department, you can move ahead to join that & feel free to switch. Starting 1-2 years are for core learning & experience the entire supply chain.
You should try for PAN India role in MNC based on your expertise, you got a good experience... also i recommend to check the salary brackets based on your experience on Glassdor!
