After watching Silhouette I realised that the dad was the main character all along, he did his absolute best to raise his teenage daughter & support her passion as well as reserve any judgement on the boyfriend, even helped him find a job, all while being haunted with the loss of his wife (2:45)
He gave love and hope to everyone around him but he never kept some for himself.

at 2:27 her dad says she was a little distracted. And then we see afterwards in the video where the dad was meeting the guy. I guess he asked the guy to stay away from his daughter so she can concentrate on her skating. That's why we saw the guy was breaking up the girl at the end of the video.
Yeah and the dad obviously only cares about her skating career and not much about what she wants
I guess they weren't communicating well... as well as her skating I think he knew something was distracting her and maybe he didn't know if that was good or bad, maybe he wanted to be a good dad, wanting what's best for her idk tho

Never ever stray away from them just to get closer to someone else. Its pretty hard to stay clear minded in relationships or in the process off gettin close to some girl or guy, hard to handle up and downs but always remember who loves you no matter what.
