    Nice I wish that was around when I was a kid in the late 70's when we were walking our gear through the neighborhood trying to gig

    Thanks for the video, this is something I definitely have to invest in as someone who has tendonitis from transporting heavy amps and cabs to gigs.

    Nice video. Thanks.
    So the base only goes from the shortest length to the extended length? Is there now in-between?

    I need one of these carts.

    I use a solid steel built like a tank cart with pneumatic tires that can go upright or flat. When flat the handle folds upright to push it. It can carry 440 LB. It is not as fancy . BUT ...$35.00 new from a store that caters to farmers tools, LOL.

      What make and model was this exactly? As well as the retailer? I'm interested to know.

      @@JPTyler Power Fist 440 LB Convertible but the store does not stock them any more. Lowes seems to have what looks the same sold as a Milwaukee brand. My guess is some Chinese company makes them and puts any brand a chain uses as their house brand on them using just paper stickers. . My point is fancy aluminum ones are pricey and if damaged parts will be hard to get etc Mine is virtually disposable and I've had it since late 2018. It is robust enough under normal use. I have talked guys and its mainly accidents that wreck them like driving a vehicle into them or falling downstairs etc. Add to all this music gear is not excessively heavy since it is meant to be moved. It is more about being bulky so one tends to not overload a cart meant to move car parts or a refrigerator etc.
      Another good tip is if you want to get cabs and amps off the floor. Music stands are pricey but aluminum industrial platforms come in small sizes are cheap and can be put up or torn down in seconds. I have a half stack that the cab is 24" across the base and I got an industrial grade platform to match. Once in place it looks like it was designed by some some music stand company. Add to that the zero wobble you would swear your amp had concrete blocks under it. It was $45.

    will the sides fold down with the cargo deck in place, or do you have to remove the cargo deck to fold the handles down?

    Is there a trick to extending it?
    Yours looks really easy, mine feel like their glued in there. I even took out the safety bolts just to make sure nothing was touching it.

      Do you open the handles before you try extending it ? I think I've learned that I. Have to open the handles when I want to extend it.

    I HIGHLY do NOT recommend bungee straps. Use lightweight ratchet straps.

    Watching this video and seeing how flimsy it is, convinced me not to buy one.

    • @iemetalguitar6431
      @iemetalguitar6431 Рік тому

      I own one it is definitely not flimsy at all I was torn between this and the Krane 750 all terrain I was just worried since both sides of the wheel rotate going down a ramp would be a 2 person job so I got this one it's pretty strong and I like the wheel locks are pretty good it's just harder to turn on tighter corners I would say it's the only downfall.
