I Have 2 sets and they are amazing from high to low volume. And if you need loud and clear this is the set to go with. And yes sir I bought mine from Sweet Water. They are awesome!
I bought a Bose bluetooth speaker once and was NOT impressed with the sound. I was blown away by a smaller Harman / Kardon bluetooth speaker so much so, I returned the Bose all frustrated at the clerk lol The bad thing is I don't remember what model it was. All i know is I spent $600 on it while the HK was only $200
I have a duel F1 system and it is amazing. If you are on the fence pull the trigger on it. I bought it for a full band and used it about half a dozen times for DJ events. At ALL of the DJ shows I've done with it people have come up and asked what in the world it was because they were amazed at amount of high quality sound coming out. Definitely got the advantage over everyone else's in my area that isn't running Bose. F1's rock!
I too can attest that they are fabulous for the size. We also have a fleet of Yamaha DXR18’s that the F1s perform just as well as, whilst being less than half the size and half the weight. The only downside is you can’t stack F1s and use them as a cardioid array but for that 10% of gigs that need that we just bring the DXRs. For every other gig though the F1s save us truck space and a second man to lift them.
For the DJ events, have you used this indoors or outdoors and how many people were in attendance? Just trying to figure out if this would be sufficient power for DJ focused dance music events for about 120 - 200 people indoors/outdoors.
@@mnmjyou can use an F1 easily for 250 people outside. Bose rates it for 1000 people and I think it could do it. The system is way overpowered for small clubs to the point you can rattle the bar glass and upset management. At half the shows you do people will walk up to you and ask what it is because the amount of sound that comes out is unbelievable. The sound quality is also amazing and is so articulate instruments stand out you have never heard beforehand. The bass is the purest I've ever heard to the point I feel like I've never heard real bass before the F1. You will not be disappointed. You will get people coming up to you and wanting to book you for their upcoming event.
If you’re gigging at places that aren’t dedicated music venues, like a brewery/winery/outdoor market/etc, a lot of times the musical acts have to provide their own PA. This looks perfect for those sorts of gigs!
Bose is next level, maybe even 2 levels up to its closest competition.. My pops, an old school audiophile has 2 sets. Still playing his music on a turntable and vinyl. Lol And I'm jelly, Haha Over here, they don't come cheap. They're worth more than a second hand car.. Lol. Im contemplating on buying one for myself and for my ears,.. Imma bedroom DJ, lol and I know it's gonna be worth it..
sounds good but can't really tell if it's coming from the speakers or the guitar itself because it is acoustic and you can hear it anyway and maybe an electric would be a better demonstration, but anyway looks like a great system
Yup. But if the audience are spread quite far apart (like over 20-30m away, you might want some more side-fill speakers. The loudness dies quickly away (unlike the L1 series)
What about competators like KEF or the EV equivelent same price actually about 1k cheaper fornthe EV deciding what waynto go for new schools portable PA and dance setup.. currently have bose 802s
Hey tone king is bose f1 better than l1 pro16 and what about jbl prx one which gives you the best sound overall also some say f1 sub is not really a sub but more like an air pump how would you describe f1 sub to jbl sub
Anyone have experience or thoughts on these speakers for my DJ/Karaoke gigs? I currently have a L1 M1S w/B2 sub & a L1Pro8. I mainly use the pro & sometimes add the L1 set up. Unfortunately that older system is much heavier & breaks my back using it twice a week(I'm ~100lbs). I may be doing a barn-sized gig with a stage & a ton of drunk college kids. I don't really trust them around my array speakers. I'm torn between a pair of F1's($5k & aren't light😭) vs saving a bit of $ and getting 2 S1Pros + 2 of the new S subs(1 or 2). IDK if there's a good way to use either of the array subs I already have. Anyone compared these sets?
Yes, they need to be equalized a bit because they sound horrible on the flat position, after the frequency of 2.2khz (2-3 db parametric eq) upwards culminating with 7..5khz (4-5db) and 11.5 khz and higher freq, 6-7 db or to taste with the high frequencies, these speakers do not have tweeters with compression, only paper speakers, the best sound is obtained from them, you will not hear this HI-FI sound on any other speaker high-power (p.a), these are without scratching the ears on the high frequencies, very melodious and necessarily in the c position, applied to this setting! I have 2 f1 812 bose tops and 2 Turbosound milan M15B subwoofers (bandpass subwoofer for those who know) 134 db peak 35 hz-150 hz much better than bose f1 subwoofers and 30% cheaper), they make a good team together, 120,150 people on the dance floor inside, 100 people outside in the open air!
Nothing you say should ever be taken seriously. He covered the system accurately and efficiently. These are the best PA speakers on the market. You just needed to whine about something 😆

It’s amazing what BOSE can do with sound. I’ve never heard a bad product of theirs yet. Great video.

I added another F1 sub, 2 is not enough for my needs, my set up now is stereo 2-812’s and 3-F1 subs
I just got one this week and I'M IN HEAVEN! BEST MONEY I've spent for Sound! NO JOKE!
Those blue shutters on your home look incredible! Very unique!
What a great demo. Considering the F1
A big thumbs up to the guy who supplied the lighting :)
That's a sweet setup for outdoor music and performing.

l greatly appreciate the bose fi models flexible array 812 speakers. lam proud to have it. Thanks.
wish to have one BOSE F1 for Busking❤🎉❤
Great outdoor system! What power unit are you using?
That's a nice set up Lou! Your neighbours must LOVE you! LOL!
Great video, those are pretty amazing. Love that Taylor guitar 🎸 😍
I need info on that power unit.

Lol, Im Asian, Half Nippon half Filipino and currently resides in Sapporo Japan and drives a Subaru, hahaha
Will it be a good speakers for playing in the mountains for say 500 people?
sounds good but can't really tell if it's coming from the speakers or the guitar itself because it is acoustic and you can hear it anyway and maybe an electric would be a better demonstration, but anyway looks like a great system
and what is the name of the power station?
Yes. And if the speakers are playing at higher volumes, would the power supply last long?
Love it bro I’m going to get one thanks for showing 👍
I always enjoy your acoustic playing.
Thanks for the review very useful thanks I wish I could afford it
Would it be overkill to use two 812s for a home stereo setup?? Someone provide advice.
I have one, and I just use the top... If you have the space... but know that you'll never need another system. EVER!
Very nice TTK. Sounded great.
Could I use this for movie night? How many people could I have with unit?
Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds...
and yes i want that kind of guitar too brother❤
Can 2 sets of those handle a live band?
Yup. But if the audience are spread quite far apart (like over 20-30m away, you might want some more side-fill speakers. The loudness dies quickly away (unlike the L1 series)
just to add the "812" represents 8 mid/high array drivers with a 12" LF driver.
Well done review, sir
Dude, you've lost a lot of weight! Looking good man. Congrats.
What’s the brand and model of the portable power you’re using and did you do any test to see how long it will power the Bose system
What about competators like KEF or the EV equivelent same price actually about 1k cheaper fornthe EV deciding what waynto go for new schools portable PA and dance setup.. currently have bose 802s
Name and price of that small. Power generator or battery pack???
You didn’t put linking the type of outdoor power box?
How would i connect to 2 bose s1pros and a f1 sub and a bose f1 812?
Kindly tell us more about your power unit or post a link! So many have asked but there seems to be no reply!
Would two sets (812 + sub) be enough to organize a loud bass-heavy school disco on an area of about 50ft by 80ft?
Yes, absolutely
Do they come together?
Can you do the same video with an electric guitar?
Love it❤
What about a soundboks ?
Is it okay for outdoor use if rainy?
No.

Anyone compared these sets?
SOund-wise, yes. But. If you have a back problem, stay away from the F1s. Try the other options (pro)
ls amazing.
Question: do they constantly emit a very very low hissing/white noise? I just got some and am surprised by that..
That’s a cable or power issue issue
This is better jbl party box 1000?? Thanks
Has anyone compared bose f1 with other bose products l1 pro16 especially the difference in bass you get from f1 sub and l1 pro 16 or sub 2

😆
Those would be great to put on a yacht and blast some Dean Martin
Yes it would! Pointed at someone’s house preferably. Until they drop the issue!
This is a nice setup speakers to bad the man can’t play anything nice due to copyright issues instead we listen to some ringtones
Next time have a strap lol. 😜🎸🤘🏻
So do you literally only need one of these setups and that’s it? Not one on each side of the stage???
You should use a mixer you’ll get a lot more out of it
رائع
Thats a little to expensive for me.
