@@bitingwinds9208 Bro. I went into an LFG Legendary Onslaught today as a Void-lock. I was practically carrying the squad throughout. Once we got to wave 40, the host and friend (both hunters) told me to switch to Solar, or they'd kick me. Mind you, they had 19 deaths among the both of them up to this point, while I had only died twice the whole game. Hell, I refused. I was running my Nothing Manacles build and having quite a lot of fun with it. Fast forward to wave 49 and they kicked me out of the fireteam. Again, I carried these guys the whole time and they kicked me out close to the end because I didn't want to run Well of Radiance. Honestly, fvck those guys. I hope they died in the final wave.

My biggest pet peeve is people demanding I switch to solar well when Im built for something else. If you jerks want a well so bad, run it yourself.

@@felwinterpeak1674 Agreed 100% . I used to love running solar but it got to where if I didnt run solar, nobody wanted me on the team. Now Id rather run anything else. Im greatly enjoying void and stasis this season. Both are great for onslaught.
@@heavymetallabrat Thats the problem with warlocks. Its the ONLY class in the game where having more then 1 hurts team dps output. Warlocks best burst dps super does:
1/2 of pyrogale
1/3 of Blade Barrage
1/3 of Celestial
1/2 oof Gathering storm
1/4 of strand titan
Warlocks have no good options thank bungie.
I swapped from warlock too hunter this season because of not being able to play anything else, never looked back. Hunter is just better in every way.
@@Alckee6904 It genuinely depends on the season, the gear, the build, and what items are nerfed/buffed at the time. Warlocks require you to lean into your builds. People take it for granted because all they care about is single target dps whereas most of Warlocks best builds focus on heavy add clear. And if you build your warlock correctly, single target buffs with your loadout will stack stupid levels of dps.
i will say we need a much better stasis super.

And to be fair, if they already have random roll exotic perks, the ability to see the exotic itself to identify what you may be up against in crucible will already be gone, I don’t see a reason we shouldn’t have full transmog on the class items. Plus fuck pvp, they’ve ruined enough things for pve mains (YAS my beloved 😭)

A combo I haven't seen around which scares me is Wormhusk and Mask of Bakris. Imagine for a moment facing that combo in PvP. Paired with the Radiant dodge and maybe also blink.

The 3 expansion announcement you're referring to was Beyond Light, Witch Queen & Lightfall. It wasn't until several months later they said they'd have to add an additional chapter. The final chapter on the Light and Darkness saga, called The Final Shape. Pushing all or most of Lightfall's content to TFS & making LF filler to give more time for the finale. Which was then further extended out by the delay of TFS. Love ya Cross & all the hardwork you & your team does! 🫶

that's the whole reason why bungie never let you transmog exotics. They wanted people to know (in pvp) just by looking, to see what exotic said person was using. Cause you can bet if I was able to transmog exotics, I would not be showing off the ugly verity brow exotic as a headpiece.

You know for a fact that the class items will only be from certain exotics too. No way they do all exotics potentially mixing together it'd completely break the game.
It would be way more powerful than prismatic
I miss being excited for loot, come back to this message when these items launch as something that doesnt drop but you buy from some vendor with a token you get on a weekly lockout!
Maybe tessalation will be good since prismatic will charge grenades like crazy
We've seen some prismatic stuff changes based on the equipped super's element, I wonder if Tesselation will match elements to super or grenade

Facts as a PvP main if I don’t need it, the melee well combo is hilarious 😂as long as they don’t nerf that we’re gucci. Pve wise I’m excited since I can use everything else
Picture this: D3 launches and we are able to play as a cabal or eliksni. The traveler has given them the light because of their feats of bravery alongside humanity against the witness. D3 leans into the mmo rpg concept by gives each playable species certain passive and non-passive abilities. You can play as any combination of human/cabal/eliksni and hunter/warlock/titan
They should make a titan exotic that turns banner shield into a deployable barrier that grants all allies a small void overshield on drop and then volatile buff for the duration as well as OG weapons of light that banner still has.

i almost wish that these new exotic class items were in a tier of their own. This would be a great time to introduce a even higher tier of rarity into the game like "unique". Especially given how exotic items aren't necessarily rare anymore, more so like a specialty

Here is my thing with the exotic class items. I would say the rarity should depend on how many different perks can roll on them. If there is like 20 perks per column it is going to take several drops to get the roll you want and as such I think a drop should be fairly common. If there is only like 4 perks per column( I really hope it’s more than this but this is just an example) then yes I agree it should be on the rarer side

Its interesting for me because ever since d1 beta i thought Sunsinger always gave off support vibes. The perk "song of flame" was nearly never used because it was super lackluster and noone would rally to you to get the buff because "oh he probably self resed"
Ive always wanted aoe type buffs and stuff so when d2 showed a healing circles i was so happy, then forsaken gave me an entire support class and i was absolutely floored with how i got the solar support wizard ive always wanted. Ive always loved well, but of course i love ever single subclass of warlock too. I dont want to see well's healing nerfed because i love being that guy that can save my team, i miss having infinite wells with pre nerf Phoenix protocol but of course it needed to be tuned.
I hope whatever they do well it still feels like im saving my team, ill be crushed if it turns into just a weapon damage buff or something, I want to keep the healing. Heck they could remove the damage boost for all i care, i just like keeping people alive. Plus if the healign gets nerfed it just going to be a normal healing rift on a super cooldown which makes no sense.
they're going to have to kill it if they want any warlock to use prismatic, even then, i still won't, because i don't care about summoning, i'll just be a voidlock for life
They know they cannot kill Well since its been so powerful and influential for so long that the entire game is designed around it. If it goes, large parts of the game will become inaccessible to other players. The best nerf is to keep or even enhance the healing I.e. return the overshield, but instead to reduce outgoing damage of anyone standing inside by 15% I.e. nerf their damage as a tradeoff for standing in the well. That way, for slow and steady survivability, well is good. But for the top DPS, you'd have to abandon well.

It seems like the exotic class items are world drop, so the drop rate is pretty low but then you add the probability of getting the specific roll you want. They will most likely add it to the legend lost sector rotation to allow target farming

Id like void titans to be capable of replacing well locks. Their one super that allows you to shoot through it giving extra damage to targets plus provides void overshield already has the ingredients to make raid boss fights that much more good they jist need to buff up the damage and shield. Ill gladly be that titan for players.

I think a great way to "nerf" well would be to make damage phases pause the bosses attack. Add mechanics to "stun" the boss so you don't have to FACE TANK damage to do DPS
i would love a 3d holo overlay, over the guardian to show off the silhouette of the exotic 'spirts' on the guardians. so its not as busted in the lack of knowledge. so you see a holo dunemarchers/ acdc on the enemy titan! it would be very dope for drip aswell :D

I just really hope we can transmog over the Prismatic class items. Not a fan of any of the looks or most exotic armor in general. Never understood why it never became an option.
Any situation where people care about what exotic others are wearing they usually inspect Guardians Vs relying on "seeing" it equipped.
Class item one eyed mask/mask of the quiet one on a devour warlock with the arcane needle lightning strike melee
Bungie will usually add one, two, maybe three, ornaments for exotics, so maybe we’ll see some cool ornaments for the class specific exotics in Final Shape. I know what build I’m running through: Stasis/Void Hunter.

Almost anything w/ SYNTHOCEPS would be crazy in PVE.
They need to spell out on the opening trials screen what their class item has and leave that character preview up for a few extra seconds so that we have time to review
As a hunter main if they don't allow me to use transmog like a legendary armor piece on the exotic cloak then I'm only using prismatic if I somehow find a decent look with the cloak.. I refuse to pay real money just to make it fit the way I want my character to look
