That slurp, lol. Hubby and I like Adobong mussels soup. Btw, made a big batch of your Chinese secret sauce last night and paired it with stir fried veggies. Hubby loved it! Thank you.

Hello Chef: I am going immediately to my new local Asian market for clams. I am lucky to live in Queens, the most diverse borough of NYC. I don't have to go to downtown Flushing anymore to find wonderful Asian vegetables and the freshest seafood. Now it is all 5 minutes from home. As a fellow New Yorker, you know all about my town. I can't wait to make this for dinner tonight. And I will slurp it like you! Once again, Thank you Chef for your easy and delicious recipes. Have a great weekend.

Anna, you are lucky to live close by an Asian market. My closest one is 3 hours away. I hope to make another trip or two this year. They're stock of vegetables is just incredible. I've been cooking Chinese at home for over 8 years and Chef Happy Wok is one of them to make it possible. I just love the way he prepares meals at his home.

@@metalandy Hi Andy: This Chef is simply amazing! It must be about 8 years I'm also following him. I hate all other UA-cam Asian cooking shows with their unnecessary chit chat and "stories". I enjoy Chef Lee's (I believe that is his name) Happy Wok, with the clattering of his pans and simple techniques and NO talking. Like you, I have become quite accomplished in simple Chinese cuisine because of Happy Wok. The clams last night were delicious. I saved the broth to make a dumpling and shrimp soup later this week. It's too bad you live far from Asian markets because you love Chinese food, like me and my family.

@@annastavropoulos3964 Anna, the reason I love the Happy Wok videos cuz he does all cookings in his home, just like our homes. Although it's nice to see it done in commercial / industrial settings in restaurants and see the flame shoot up the wok in other videos. I can sill learn from that but home settings just makes it more simpler. I've surprised so many Chinese people of my Chinese cooking techniques. It is sad that the Chinese grocery store is 3 hours away since I live in Northern Ontario Canada. I do stock up on bulk items such as hoisin and oyster sauces and cooking wine which are 3 key items I add in my foods. Let's not forget to stock up on vegetables. I never add salt for health reasons especially my mother in law. From my wok to yours, keep wok-king, lol.

Hello Chef. I never tried clams before and I don't think there isn't any available in my area. I plan to make one more rip to the Asian grocery store either late this month or early next. Hopefully, the family will be interested. I made a beef lo mein with mixed vegetables earlier this week. Amazing how good it tasted. Another one is in the works but other than chicken breasts, the choice of vegetables has yet to be decided. I'll see what the girlfriend wants me to use this weekend. Until next time Chef.

I am aware that those who lives away from coastal area, have some difficulty i acquiring fresh and live seafood. Anyway your beef lo mein with mixed vegetables sound deliciously good. Chat to you next time.
