  • This helps to strengthen weak wrists and release stiff forearm muscles.
    There shouldn’t be any sharp pain or sensitivity during the exercises. Our wrists are delicate with lots of possible movements. There are 27 bones in each hand and hence we can have fine articulation. Conversely, it is also prone to instability and immobility when the bones are not aligned, or not in correct relationships with each other.
    Be really gentle and fully present in each movement. It doesn’t have to be big motion but it is more important to know how you do it.
