😍 I love the connection you guys have. And it is even lovelier that it goes to years back. The cartoon book is just a brilliant idea and the fact that you did for your cousin is so sweet. 🥰 Keep on having him on your youtube, he's awesome.
Aww that was fun! Your cousin from the outback is called William and is 10 years younger, just like my brother! 😊 when i was 12 i drew a comic with my best friend called Pumpkins and Pineapple where the first comic a pineapple tries to teach a pumpkin to use a bicycle but as neither has legs they have to give up 😂 I love ENFPs they are so fun, but they usually influence me rather than the other way around. Maybe i don't know any younger ENFPs.
Ha, I already love that comic you made when you were 12, I'm sure the pineapple tried very hard to be a good teacher despite their lack of legs. 😂Also that's an interesting connection we have, the 10-years-younger William connection...
Omg why am I now DESPERATE to see those comics you did as an 18 year old?!😂 They look so wacky and fun. Like I feel like you could majorly profit off your random teenage creativity here lol! It seems that you really did impact your cousin's childhood with your presence and creativity, a connection based on fun for the sake of fun, which is what childhood is all about! Loved this conversation between you and your cousin, and I can very much relate. My best friend of 8 years is an ENFP and our Ne creative brainstorming sessions are a such blast, like we've written collaborative romance stories together years ago (which will stay in the deepest darkest confines of word!). We’ve also taught each other very profound things, like I've shown her how much of a difference she makes in mine and others' lives alike with her kindness and humour in difficult times, she's taught me that I can be loved despite idiosyncrasies. We've taught each other gentle and unconditional love in a world which can be so harsh at times. But above all, we also have so much fun together dancing in my kitchen and silly reminiscing. Was not supposed to write a whole ass novel gushing about my best friend, but I honestly believe that the INFP and ENFP connection is one so special and accepting of duality in humans and in life. Platonic soulmates. We break each other out of our shells in different ways, and having an ENFP by my side has been so enriching. Usually the term 'forever' is so foolish and the reality so often fickle, but not with her. Veering away from this, the missed opportunities vs impulsivity spreading someone too thin dichotomy is SO apparent. ENFPs tend to be less in their head than INFPs I guess, living more, a revolving door social life, which I both envy a little and also would not want. They often find themselves crying out for alone time to recharge and we often find ourselves crying out to break out of ruts. Thus, balance. I'll stop rambling now, sorry my comments are always so long haha :)
Haha I'm still embarrassed mainly by those old comics and books but I'm glad I made them. Oh gee those dark confines of word - that sounds so fun that you wrote those together. I feel like ENFPs were always a great sounding board for me, and so many ideas flying about. And great to dance in the kitchen with from the sounds of things! Also you're very correct, ENFPs can really burn out and cry out for alone time - I think INFPs are great and reminding them of that need! In the same way that they get us out of ruts. I think overall, there's a middle ground where INFPs and ENFPs can seem like the same people :) So nice to hear about you and your friend, definitely I think she's a forever friend!
I've found that it's really helpful for someone else (ENFP or otherwise), to suggest a course of action. That puts the idea into play. Instigating from scratch is a problem. But if somebody has a suggestion, it's a reminder back to reality: Oh! I can *do* something!
Yay! William!! I think the first vondelpete video I ever commented on was the first video that he was a guest on. It's always good to see him and the dynamic between you two. I think we are going to need a story time and you can read this book. I have always said that I wish there was a book about a cow being strapped to a wall. “I am a man of peanuts but my arch nemesis is a man of milk and cheese” lol!! “Patrice!”. “Percy pointed to the cows udder” haha that’s golden. I love this. I have a book from when I was a kid, that’s bound like that. It’s called “The Silly Bird”. It’s about a bird that woke up one morning to a bunch of other farm animals knocking on his door to complain about him keeping them up at night. Then a horse randomly says “Also, do you deliver babies (yes, I believed in the stork as a child) because I didn’t get mine” and the bird is like “oh yeah I have one last one” and it's an effing baby horse (this bird is ten cents short of a nickel). Then the bird is so sad because everyone hates him (we won’t read too much into that and how it relates to my childhood) and then a frog comes and hugs him and says “I love you” and then everyone comes over and throws him a party. And in the “about the author section” I wrote “my book made good”...but I guess opinions change as you get older.
Wow that was the first one you commented on! Ha, I mean. I could consider a story time with that story but - probably better to do a story time about doing a story time with that book when I was in university, to some gender studies students. It was excruciatingly awkward, around the same time that someone did a poem about me....anyway. I'm all of a sudden completely gripped by this story of the silly bird. What a persecuted bird. I guess like a lot of these characters I wrote about, they were persecuted a lot too, it does say something about our world views - probably a more accurate world view than many have haha. 'My book made good', I really love that for some reason, even if opinions change over time. Wish I could see this book now. (Hm it's funny, in year 12 I had this novel I did and it had, naturally, Kevin writing my 'about the author' section and giving it quite a critique. Things never change...)
@vondelpete yes! Meta storytime! Yeah, the first! We have been friends for a long time. High five 🙏 I don't think that there's supposed to be a critique in the "about the author" section LOL!! That's really funny to me "about the author: this author could be a lot better" 😹 oh okay 👍
@@MichelleMy_Unwell we have, high five!🙏 It was a good comment too. Hm Kevin was ahead of his time, in the future hopefully all authors can be called out immediately in their own books!
your cousin is clearly fanboying many years later LOL! 😂❤❤
It was very sweet!

It is a very unique and close relationship we have! Thank you! :) I hope to have him on again...next time he is in Melbourne anyway!

Yes to all the above! Amazing how easy it is to forget that we are in fact able to *do* things.
