- The contest has now officially ended, and a bunch of sick entries released just before the deadline. "Change of Scene" by bli is one of them, which is one of the entries I know that a lot of people, including myself, have been waiting for. The second route is shown all the way at 3:35, so this is by far the longest entry I've uploaded thus far. I'm glad to see this finished in time, and I'm excited to try out some of the other new entries. Expect a lot of videos in the next few days. You can already find many new entries in the Discord Gauntlet Contest playlist, which is linked in the pinned comment below. Once again, let me know what you think about this and other entries in the comment section of each upload. I'll take it into account for the judging. The Results will Premiere on the channel on Saturday, May 6, at 4 pm EDT.

My jaw dropped. This isn't just one of the best entries for the gauntlet contest, but one of the best levels to be produced in this update. The attention to detail, thematic representation and efforts to immerse the player is extraordinary.
Can't forget either how the whole thing is only 70k objects. Bli's absolutely crazy.

It's very nice to see bli finish in time for this masterpiece of a level. It's incredible how much bli progressed in the past, and this level shows his skills again while keeping it under 70k objects, being 3 minutes long, and having two separate modes. I am very interested in seeing where bli is going.
He is for sure gonna become the best creator in the game
It's not just the best Discord Gauntlet entry I've seen, it's also one of the best levels of the year. Bli is on another level, he looks like a god with the editor mode. It's hard to believe that he makes such detailed levels with a minimal amount of objects, but he has a very extensive knowledge of the editor that leads him to make masterpieces like this one. The two modes complement each other very well and make a lot of sense of connection and creativity even though they are very different, that relationship of seeing the scene in one mode and participating in that scene in the other mode is very interesting and striking. I wouldn't be surprised to see this as the winner of the Discord Gauntlet as prodigy levels like this have it well deserved.

This is completely insane. Some guy just created a solo level with under 80k objects that manages to be better than most large-scale megacolabs with 5x the object count. Easily my favorite discord gauntlet entry.
I mean BLI isn’t some guy, they are one of the most well know creators that currently exists right now, but yeah

This is one of those rare times when a level comes out and just leaves you utterly awestruck. Bli did a beyond amazing job with this!
Level of the year without a doubt. It has literally everything
-gameplay: intuitive and sightreadable
-theme: clear and perfectly executed
-2 paths: the concept is very creative and there are very unique coins that incentivize exploring the paths
-extremely well optimized: Seriously, things don’t get much better than this as far as optimization goes
-Despite being light on the objects the art is very good, I honestly have no idea how he uses scalehacked default objects so well.
I could go on and on but this has everything I could ask for from a level, being fun and accessible to most players with an easy demon difficulty and low object count. Can’t wait to see what bli will do next

Well this is it, the level we've all been waiting for, I'm surprised he finished it. There aren't many other levels that can be this exciting and cool throughout such a length. Also, I have to say, its really fitting that a remix of Moonlight Sonata, such an amazing and classic piece, was used for this!

What a masterpiece! The decoration, bosses, and very effective optimization is already impressive, but what really gets me is the musical representation shown in the level. At 0:30/4:04 there's a piano that reflects well with The Wild West, at 0:50/4:25 the music goes chiptune-y that works with the pixel-y block design, at 0:56/4:31 there's a heavy guitar section reminiscent of DOOM that works with the Underworld-themed atmosphere, and so on. I bet that there was a LOT of planning done in this level since it delivers on so many aspects, or rather every aspect, very nicely done
This is so good what the flip BLI!! The amount of improvement this guy has had over like two years is INSANE
I'm SOOOOOOO glad he managed to push through and get this out in time. Incredible level. He worked unbelievably hard on this and he spent countless nights up late working on this to make it the best he possibly could but still finish before the deadline. One of the most dedicated creators in the game.
The art, the atmosphere, the song, this level is AMAZING! And there are so many orher like this in the gauntlet. These gauntlets are so amazing, the creators did an immensely great job! This is so cool!
When you look at levels with a different perspective, you realize it is just gonna get so much better as the game goes. Because holy crap the new levels coming out recently are amazing, to show when people put their fullest you can see the absolute masterpieces they can make. Can't wait for the contest :D

ive already beat this level and its easily on of my favorite levels in all of gd! bli did such a fantastic job with this and im so glad he got this done just in time. also the coin route in this level is very unique and very stressful too i havent gotten it yet because its kinda hard. this is such a amazing entry!

This is THE level , I love everything in it
This has to be one of the winner, everything is just so on point in this level. Both routes are amazing and very different from the other, i love how the second route is you living the act, everything is so well-executed. It's not only my favorite level for this gauntlet contest but also one of my favorite of all time, huge congrats to the creator
I did not think Bli would ever come this far, been a fan of him for like two years now and he’s gone above and beyond with this.
it was really fascinating to see a level made by bli. despite the short time left for him to make this entry, he still managed to finish this on time without even rushing some parts that were undecorated yet.
this guy just did something that would hype everyone here. can't wait for the results!!!
Congrats to all the entries. This one is great! Bli has always had a knack for themed deco. I honestly have no complaints other than the unnecessarily long cutscene in the middle

Bli's levels are seriously a masterpiece and it's something I like since apart from being fun they are well optimized so that some of them do well, more and more levels are coming for the Discord Gauntlet and I like them
I have been waiting for this level since I first saw it, constantly hoping for a new update, absolutely stunning masterpiece
I think this will easily be top 5, although I personally think its the best level in the contesr of the ones I have seen.
The fact the two modes aren't just recolours and the level being so long is super impressive
This is one of those levels where you go "Lets goo its out" on release, and then "WHAT THIS CAME OUT TODAY?!" when you press play. Outstanding performance.

As always Bli showing us another Level Masterpiece, Without a doubt I really like the Modes of Playing the Level, especially the Effects, Backgrounds and Backrounds that are Displayed at the Time of Playing it, What caught my attention the most are the Detailed and Parallax of the design of each structure, combine common objects among others. Definitely deserves Epic for this Known Creator. Good Video Master Viprin ♥️👍

Sometimes I love creator contests like this because it brings out the best of the best levels, and this level is one of the prime examples of that! I'm just awed at the amount of effort and creativity poured in this level!

This level may be one of my favourites. It's insane how quick the level was built, yet how much Bli could put in it. And then we need to double, if not triple the amount of objects and stuff because of the second mode! The optimization is phenomenal. The fact that it has less than 80k is difficult to imagine.

I saw the thumbnail for this while looking through the entries and was instantly like "oh yeah this is definitely going in the gauntlet for sure" and literally the first 2 seconds convinced me that this was in without a doubt. Absolutely flawless level. 149/10

Bli is the modern Da Vinci of GD AND YOU CANNOT TELL ME OTHERWISE.
I think you have to play this in the alternate mode to understand this level. It really gives us a reason for the colors you see in the original mode and it makes me like this level more than I did when I saw the previews. Also, the Matrix stimulation is so cool I don't know how Bli made the icon like that when it had different positions as the mirror portal. The deco and even the gameplay of 6:05 represents the deco and gameplay style used in each section of the ones which feature each type of monster.

This is flat out just one of the best levels in the game. It feels way too good to just be in a gauntlet, but I guess that's the highest praise a level could get. What's Rob gonna do? Make another Map Pack just for this level?

Even though this entry didn't meet all of my expectations, that would've been quite hard to do, considering the insane optimization, and the fact that bli had to build so much in very little time (he built like 30% of this in a week). So its truly admirable how much effort bli put into this. The theming, the gimmicks, the intensity everything ia great in this and I still believe this deserves at least top 3 and probably an XL demon nomination

This is insane. This is the first time i've said a level is better than white space. I kept thinking it was gonna end and then there was more and more. My jaw actually dropped. And then the fact that there are two versions!!! Is there even a question anymore about who will win the contest or can we just give to Bli right now. I actually feel bad for the creators who put a lot of effort into their entries cause they're gonna be under appreciated.
