Both have their advantages, but for web design purposes Bard provides more refined results that are almost immediately useable.

If you were to use BARD (or any other AI) to assist with creating content (a poem, a book, a script for example) would the owners of the AI (Google / MS) have any copyright claims to any of the creations? Sooner or later someone will create something of significant value with the help of AI..what happens then?

The current legal situation is that the owners of the AI would not have any copyright claims to any of the creations. This is because the AI is not the author of the work, the human user is. The AI is simply a tool that the human user uses to create the work.
However, this situation is likely to change in the future, as AI becomes more sophisticated and capable of creating works that are more creative and original. In that case, it is possible that the owners of the AI would claim copyright ownership of the works that the AI creates.
This would have a significant impact on the creative industries, as it would mean that AI could be used to create works that are indistinguishable from those created by humans. This could lead to a decrease in the demand for human-created works, and a loss of jobs for creative workers.
It is important to note that this is just a hypothetical situation, and it is not clear how the law will develop in this area. However, it is something that is worth thinking about, as it raises important questions about the future of copyright law.
