Baking Soda is incredible. I use baking soda and vinegar to clean my toilets. Use vinegar to mop my tile kitchen floor and for wood floor also use vinegar for cleaning and polishing appliances. Vinegar not only polishes it is anti bacterial. Much cheaper than other cleaners. Better than bleach. If u have a sluggish sink pour baking soda in ur drain follow with vinegar. It will open a clogged drain. Vinegar used as a rinse in your hair after shampooing leaves beautiful shine and softness.

You can also use Epsom Salts in place of the baking soda. Or, Milk of Magnesia for a mask. Just wash your face, dry, and put M of M on your face. Let it dry and wash it off. It's really healthy for your skin and your skin will love it!

I loved how soft your skin gets and I had perfect skin then too, but liked the way it moisturized my skin. always use this with just baking soda and water, but I will try it with Vaseline, haven’t used coconut oil, for years used it as a tanning lotion as I am so fair skinned. you can get coconut oil at Aldi's grocery store for $4.49 a jar! (If you have that store in your area) Coconut oil is very good for your skin especially if you have a cut, as it is antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral, but I will say I don't use it on my face all the time, because it does make your hair grow!! (I don't have facial hair, but I don't want it either). Since I'm black I put it in my hair after I wash it or wet my hair, it is great in my hair, & helps it grow because it keeps it moisturized

From them on I did the same. Iam 73 now and people guess my age at around 49 or 50.
I just tried this and it definitely does exfoliate my skin but I did use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Also it leave a oily residue that’s hard to wash off but left my skin really soft.

Don't do it. I would use just as a scrub as she recommends. Left me with some blisters. It truly does work. Lifts those brown spots and brightens skin. I have light skin and some what sensitive. (blue eyes). I'm not blaming anyone. My point, natural ingredients are powerful. You need to be careful with them. They are real medicine. I am now healing my skin with cod liver oil and vit E. I never had any problems before. Used baking soda as a scrub in shower. I thought it important to mention in case you come across this yourself.

This works..I use an all natural deodorant which has simmilar ingredients right on my face...the one I have is called cleo coco....but I looked on line to see 8f theres other deodorants that are simmilar and theres many....the one I have 8s lavender charcoal..it has bakingsoda in it and coconut oil..all natural. Smells great

I use coconut oil and baking soda! My skin tends to be somewhat dry!! I use it twice a day everyday. My pimples/scars flatten and heal quicker.
