Featured in this recording (played by Tony McManus) is the Greenfield G5, also known as Mini G. Inspired by the C.F. Martin size 5 from the turn of the last century. Great for fingerstyle players as well as singer-songwriters who like to play capoed at the 5th fret or higher. Because of its very small body size, the G5’s voice brings an exciting timbre to your music!
The G1 (played by Julia Toaspern) is quick to respond to even the lightest touch and it lends itself well to many different styles of music. It has a very focused yet open sound with a tight responsive bass, transparent mids and thick, clear, ringing highs. While primarily a fingerstyle guitar, it is also superb for light strumming, acoustic jazz and even classical repertoire.
Information about the models played in this video, as well as all my custom order guitars, is available on my website at www.greenfieldguitars.com
Recorded with KM-184 style mics and a PreMix-3 Sound Devices Recorder.

Julia writes and sings a good song too. These guys are dynamite. What a fabulous accompaniment. Love the short scale parlour guitar, so loud and clear.
Anybody want to buy a used acoustic guitar? 👍
Those is some nice sounding guitars! Came here from a Buddy Mondlock video. Wish I could afford a guitar like this! What amazing craftsmanship! Currently am playing a nylon string guitar and looking to move to steel string for the strumming songs. Hoping to find one with a warm tone similar to a nylon. No bright top notes. Anyhoo. Keep up the good work. One day I'll own a guitar like this!
I actually love this song...
very nice.............even nicer!
