If I want to separate my professional links from personal i.e. when I meet with friends, it only shows certain links, but when at a professional venue shows my LinkedIn link, do I need an additional dot card or can I simply create two profiles and synch the card to the desired profile?
If I had to guess there’s no way for one card to specify so you could get multiple accounts, or only use it for professional events and then just share your personal media through mouth or texts etc
Okay guys I think I figured it out, ( well at least it worked for me so worth a try) After I ran into the same issue of my card not working when I tap on the phone, I deleted my account. (Which unlinked my card from the account) I then created the same account again ( DO NOT SCAN THE QR CODE ON THE CARD UNTIL AFTER YOU CREATE THE ACCOUNT AGAIN) the website to create the account is dot.cards…. After you create the account again you then scan the QR code on the card and once you click activate card now it should work. (Im using an Iphone 12 pro) The video does say do this step by step but I was so excited to activate I immediately scanned the qr code then activated my account which wasn’t the right way to do it.

The same thing happens to me when I try to log in on safari - I login....and am taken to a page that has a drop menu / the word dot. / some other drop thnig on the right......the main part of the page is just blank and nothing is functional?
Similar to Ryan S. My hope and desire was to set-up two seperate profiles, one business and one personal (ordered 2 DOT's for this reason) Attempting to set-up my business FB and LinkedIn profiles but neither one open up...How to properly type the URL is another question.
ugh. There should be an option to customize link caption. Added a website and the caption showing is so weird. This isn't really ideal for business owners, I would only recommend for personal use.

So for example, the link to my channel is “ua-cam.com/channels/mi8OnijSCL-PPg2aq3GRhg.html” and so for the UA-cam spot I’d have to type “channel/UCmi8OnijSCL-PPg2aq3GRhg” you would just get your link, make sure you type “channel/[put your ID here instead of mine]” and you’re all set!!
I got a 5 pack hoping to set them up for multiple guys in my company. Everytime I go to activate a new one, it populates the same exact card info that I did for the first one.

I know not to include the http prefix and just use a username only, but how do we enter the format for it? It’s not working for us. We didn’t see instructions on your website and the Instagram link is broken there as well. Thank you for your help!

I have sent about 8 emails to help figure out how to reset my profile -- and NO ONE will respond. I have sent 8 emails this week and only get an automated response. This can't be how you service your customers!
@@dotnetworking8220 This is absolutely needed. I have photography sites and video sites which I need separate links for. This is severely hindering my ability to share my content with my clients. I would not have purchased the DOT card if I had known only one link per site is available. Please fix ASAP

BS . It won’t allow me to change the picture on my profile. 10 emails with IT, they don’t even read them. I think one of their suggestions was to reset my router. I’m using my phone and not on my Wi-Fi! Everything they suggested does not help. I’m stuck as I’ve paid for promotions with this QR. I wish there was a pro version of this idea. Try turning on and off what can be downloaded during contact transfer, based on events you are going to.
@@AANA.org2024 that would be a pain to do though. Much easier if you had a different card. Blue for this and Pink for that.. or whatever.

We're having the same issue. We did get IG to work by just inputting the username/handle for the account. Were you able to successfully input LI?

You will need to gain 3 more subscribers to hit 100, then you will be able to link. Not sure why this is, but it is the case.
