Dominic’s voice overs are the best, your narration is so captive. Hollywood would pay big bucks.
Ha ha, I’m not sure about that, it appreciate the kind words and happy to hear you enjoyed the vlog 😊🙏🏼
Groovy episode. Your lobster salad a steak was to die for. You two eat like royalty. Stay safe and stay groovy.
It was unbelievably good and feel very happy that we can now reliably hunt our own nutrients😊🙏🏼🦞
You're making me hungry again! The Anchorage looks amazing. Thanks again for showing us these places.
It’s our pleasure and yes it’s a great spot 👌🏼😊⛵️
Been watching a few world sailing channels, imagine my surprise when i realise that beautiful country your sailing about is actually Britain! 😊✊🏻🏴
Old Blighty doesn’t scrub up too badly 🙏🏼😊🇬🇧🏴🏴
... I never knew that Great Britain had such a beautiful southern coast ... I can be forgiven to some point as I am a colonist (USA), but following your channel, you guys have shown us some amazing, scenic and most beautiful locations ... thank you, your bride and Hank for taking us along on your journeys ...
I hope we’re doing these shores some justice 😊⛵️🙏🏼
Breathtaking culinary delights, amazing underwater photography and edited by a genius, this is one you don't want to miss. Thank you so much for inspiring us again.
Appreciate that David, and most of all, I’m just happy to hear you enjoyed the video 😊🙏🏼
Again you make my mouth watering 🤤
Sorry! 😬🦞
Once again fantastic content. Looking forward to the next episode. Thanks guys
Scrumptious !!
It was absolutely delicious 🤤 🦞
Thank your your website misson its a great resource
Glad you enjoy it and hope it really is of some use 🙏🏻
Wow! What a meal!
It was my idea of the absolute perfect meal. Exactly how God would want us to eat 😊🙏🏼
Wow, those salads look on another level. V jealous guys!
It was soooo good ☺️
Hi , another amazing place and a hungry video as usual , lovely scenery and a place to spend a couple of days . Keep up your good work .😉👌👍👍👍
It’s a cracking stop, that’s for sure. Glad you enjoyed exploring it with us 😊🙏🏼
OMG I never sympathized with a person so much as I did now with you. I also have to drink Decaf because of high blood pressure and that is really sad. It is really not the same experience :D
Yeah I miss my morning coffee but if it means potentially not having a stroke, I guess it’s a price I’m willing to take 😬🙏🏼
We're so very lucky with this area on our doorstep, I learnt to sail dinghies here in this Bay as a younger man 😊
Ah awesome. We saw so many people and especially young kids out enjoying the water here most days 😊🙏🏼
Oddicombe Bay and Babbacombe Bay are my husband’s favorite places in the Uk - He grew up in the area and had many an adventure in those bays and others along that coast as a lad and as a student home for the holidays , but on foot, as sailing was a rich man’s pastime 60 years ago, and he certainly wasn’t rich when I married him 44 years ago! His 97 year old mum is still alive and living in Babbacombe ( in a retirement flat, of course🤣) and when we go down from North Yorkshire to visit her and the rest of my husband’s Torquay family in September, we will be visiting those bays as a ritual and walking along the coastal path as we always do. Our love of the sea ( I was born in Scarborough- more than a little different from Torquay!) led us eventually to learning how to sail and to having a part share in an 11m Bavaria ( Canigou) in the Ionian Sea- a lot warmer and almost as a beautiful as Oddicombe and Babbacombe…we can’t understand why we now live so far away from the sea in Knaresborough 🤔
That’s awesome although it almost sounds like you’re possibly contemplating a move perhaps? 🧐😊⛵️
That Air Buddy isn’t cheap, but what a great thing to have for allowing you to clean the hull, free the prop, check the anchor or even free it … oh, and catch the old lobster. Wonderful device. And talking of lobsters, I’ve never seen the swim let alone shoot off like a squid, so that was amazing footage 😊
It is a really handy bit of kit, that’s for sure. Yea the lobsters seem to walk forwards and swim backwards and if you take your eye off then for a second then they often vanish, as I can attest to the many which have got away from me 😂🦞
You realise this is the second piece of kit I've learnt from you. We are now the proud owners of a pair of Sena Bluetooth headphones which will be in use in the next couple of weeks 😀
And good luck and best wishes with the BP 🤞
@@iainhunneybell always nice to think we’ve done something that’s actually been of some use to someone else 😊🙏🏼⛵️
Well, I could just mention your WONDERFUL stories and beautiful editing. Stunning standard 🙂 And say Hi to that wonderful bubble of smiles and happiness you call Carly. What a lovely lady 🙂
A lot has been said about the UK dumping raw sewage into the ocean, most recently the debacle with the marathon runners getting sick. Have you experienced anything like that in the bunch of years sailing the UK coast now?
Thanks for another amazing video!
I’ve noticed it a few times when we were moored up in the Itchen river in Southampton. Thankfully I haven’t personally come across it in the warmer months when we’ve set sail, but I know it’s a real bone of contention with the locals down here 😣
Loved the video, yet again; no surprise. And.........my mouth was acutally watering.
Glad you enjoyed it! 😊🙏🏼
I know lobsters are delicious, but after watching Leon the lobster on UA-cam, I always feel a little bad for the one you guys eat... full disclosure, I would probably eat them too. I would be interested in learning how you dipatch them humanely. I tried once, and it didn't go well.
Re last weeks video, if you drink a glass of beetroot juice every day your BP will drop by at least 10%, I didn't believe it until I tried it and it works! Great vlogs, 👍
As much as I dislike beetroot, I’d be happy to give it a go 🙏🏼🙏🏼😊
Im gonna to gate crash your next BBQ That looked delicious
It was amazingly tasty 👍🏽☺️🦞
Brilliant.
😊🙏🏼
awesome :)
Thanks 😁
What sort of depths are you finding the majority of your lobbys?
Mostly between 3-7m depth. I tend to go in close to low tide as I then don't have as fa to dive 😬
Always a good watch. I have been contemplating a hookah to assist in cleaning our hull. What brand model do you use? How much air time do you get?
We went with the air buddy and bought it directly from Australia. I get close to an hour from one battery.
Would you recommend the hookah system? Looks handy for mid sesson hull cleaning too
I’ve only used it a few times to be fair but so far so good. I don’t really have any points of reference to compare it to though so I’m hesitant to make any recommendations.
I’m no dive expert by any means but I could certainly see how this would be handy for many aspects of boat life. 😊🙏🏼
a lobster from around 300 gr taste the best . how bigger you get les tastier
We have had others tell us too that when the lobster get very large and old then they tend not to taste so great then.
Catching super large lobsters isn't a problem I have to deal with all that often.
@@CadohaAdventures bona petit my friend . another great video .ahoi from Brighton
I like the sailing content. Not so much the hunting content.
👌🏼
Isn't it a bit naughty catching lobsters with an underwater breathing apparatus? 'Round our way (Sweden) they'll confiscate your diving gear if they catch you doing that.
It’s perfectly legal here. You’re not allowed to use a speargun with dive gear though.
@@CadohaAdventures Seems fair - especially with a catch limit. A lot fairer than setting out a bunch of baited lobster pots. In our student days back in the last century, some of us might've liberated the odd bug from a pot into our own pot (of boiling water). They'll have your gear even in the UK if you do that.
@@usefulcommunication4516 I imagine if you got caught doing that over here you’d have more to worry about than losing your gear from the local boys.
I totally agree regarding the catching of the lobster , goodbye. They have no chance ,it IS BAD FORM UNLESS YOU ARE STARVING.YOU CAN OPEN YOUR PANTRY.
Well plenty have managed to get away and I also find that because you can take your time with the hookah then you don’t rush and so you are less likely to injure the animals during an extraction.
I’d be curious to know if you’re equally as triggered by lobster pots?
They were starving you can tell this by the say they consumed said lobster , i see you didnt mention the T bone
Your comment Smacks of hypocrisy
@@jackmason4374 the selective ‘outrage’ about how one harvests their own food is often times baffling to me.
People don’t spend as much time worrying about how avocados or almonds make their way to peoples plates.
@@CadohaAdventures you can please some of the people sone of the time but you cant please all of the people all of the time 😁
@@jackmason4374 this is very true. Well I’d rather not upset people with our content so if they feel triggered and then want to unsubscribe, that’s probably for the best.
Life is too short and there’s plenty of content which is hoping to do little more than upset people as it is.
