In Egypt we stuff veggies with rice only most of the time but sometimes we add ground beef like this recipe, famous stuffed veggies in Egypt are small eggplant, zucchini, grape leaves and cabbage

Just made these today. Absolutely delicious! Halved the recipe to make two batches: one with beef mince and one with Quorn chicken pieces. My family and I ate them all up. good recipe.. here's a tip.. instead of adding water at the end.. use V8 juice.. just a little can. It makes a great juice to pour over the pepper.
