Hey Darrell, we don't specialize in building trucks and we're not an install shop. Project MJ was an opportunity for Zone's R&D department to showcase their skills and design new components. The shop is used for new product design and testing new components for us.
@redneckupdotcom While there are some better axle options out there to run 40s, we wanted to keep this rig a "Mopar" as possible. The D44 is fairly strong w/ the sleeve kit, truss, Reid knuckles, Superior gears and shafts, and the ARB locker. The front end issues mentioned in this video were caused by failing u-joints, other than that the axle held up fine. We weren't nursing the throttle by any means, but we were smart on our lines through the rough. Look for the UA video to be posted soon.
The "death wobble" can be caused from a number of things. Not knowing anything about the vehicle, if it's lifted, wheel/tire specs and if they're balanced, condition of front end components, bushings, etc it's hard to diagnose. I'd recommend checking front end alignment and track bar bushings first as those commonly cause issues. Your local 4x4 will be able to help further diagnose the issue
@delandgixxer750 Yep, 6 intense weeks. Check out the progression through the videos on the Project MJ buildup and take a look at the Zone Offroad Blog for the complete buildup, wrteups, photos, and more
D44's on 40's ...well I should not be surprised since there is a dude wearing Womens jeans in the video wearing a chicks belt with said jeans ...OMG...
Oh, so you are on the lookout for a fabulous pair of jeans too?! That is awesome. Do you look at clothing on all videos, I have a gay friend that does that too!
I'd like to point out to you that you are the person that offers fashion advice on UA-cam. I will forgive you the memory problems - you must have your plate full when struggling to repress your homosexuality. I hope it works out ok for you!

Very Nice Build in 6 weeks I think you said Wow
What kind of axles do you have
We can't really put a price on it; an insane amount of materials, tons of time invested, lots of aftermarket parts, a few sponsorships.
that thing is so sick!
Back the camera off!!! Cant even make out what we are supposed be looking at. Your camera lens must have been only been 1 inch from the wheel... Wtf
