El piso está muy bien cerca de un parque paradas de bus tiendas y la entrada al bloque con su jardín está muy bien. Muy luminoso es agradable ver las montañas, las calidades de los materiales perfecto, el grifo del fregadero es un poco bajo pero se llama a un fontanero se pone uno más alto solucionado.😄 gracias por el video y saludos desde España.
👍 There are lots of greeneries outside the building, which is always a plus. 👍 There is a lounge on the first floor for residents to socialize. Considering that this is a nursing home, the lounge is yet another advantage. It is important for retired people to still be able to engage in social activities. That helps prevent depression and dementia. 👍 I noticed that, to open the door, after pulling the key out from the first key hole, the person showing the place had to flip the key and insert it into the second key hole. That kind of detail and added security is another plus. 👍 There is a plenty of storage space (closets and shelves). Each closest, including the shoe shelf, has a door. That makes keeping the place organized easy. (You can easily hide indecorous items. 😉) 👍 The wooden floor throughout the apartment injects a warm and welcoming ambience in to the apartment. It is easier to clean than carpet floor as well. I think this is very important, because, again, this is a nursing home. 👍 Two of the three bedrooms have individual balconies. All three of them, including the one without a balcony, has unobstructed view of the exterior. The balconies and windows ensure sufficient natural light and ventilation. 👍 Large balcony outside the living/dining room. Instead of having your view obstructed by other buildings in the vicinity - as it often happens in other apartments, the view in this apartment is unobstructed whether you are in one of the bedrooms or the balcony outside the living room. You can actually see the blue sky and objects far away. 👍 The apartment complex is conveniently located and closed to schools and transportations. 👍 Rent is incredibly cheap - less than $1000 USD. (I guess that is because this is a nursing home for elderly people.) For young people, this place may seem a bit dull. There is frankly no interesting features. Everything is about functionality and convenience. But, hey, this is a nursing home! I think the Grandpas and grandmas can definitely live a comfortable life here. Thanks for sharing! 👏

小中学校と高取でここから徒歩10分で実家です。高校は修猷館高校が正しいですね！
こことファミリーマートってJRの前身、国鉄西新駅だったんですよ～。
国鉄の土地だったのでMJRになったのかな？
とにかく懐かしいです。
目の前の通りが非電化単線の線路だったんですよ～。とっても混んでいた記憶です。
小1で廃線されましたが。。。
これからも楽しみにしていますね！
私のお気に入りは、収納のタイプにバリエーションがある所と、ベランダがのびのびと広く部屋からの開口部が大きい所です。
児童生徒がいるような家族にピッタリのファミリータイプで、しかも文教地区！教育熱心なご家族に人気になりそうです。リビングも広いので、リビング学習的な部屋作りも余裕で出来そうに思いました。
2年前まで福岡に住んでいました。どこかで見たような景色だなぁと思っていたらビックリ。前住所から徒歩5分のご近所でした。とても懐かしかったです。高取地区は閑静な高級住宅が多いんですよね〜。キッチンが引き出し収納なら文句なしでしたが、それでもあの眺望と広さは素晴らしいです。「住ませて」な素敵な物件をご紹介くださりありがとうございました。

高齢者ホームが併設だからこちらは高齢者用住宅なのかなと見たら、普通にファミリー物件でした！
上の階だからすんごいいい景色～😊

横に高齢者ホームがあるなら、高齢者も住みやすい環境が整えられてるだろうし子どもも暮らしやすいはず。
ホームのお年寄りも寂しくないね！
敷地も広々、共同の場所も、お部屋も広々と思ったら3LDK か4LDKのお部屋だけなんですね。
そして老人ホームが併設ということで、こちらは普通の賃貸ということなんですね。
広いから、子どもや孫が近くに住むことができるということでしょうか。
学校が近いのも良いですね。
お祖父ちゃん、お祖母ちゃんも近くに住んでくれてたら安心して暮らせますね。
福岡タワーから大濠公園まで歩きながら近くに高級住宅地があると聞きました。この近くはそういう、住みやすい場所の近くだったかと思います。
上記のようなご家族だけでなく、この近くや博多駅のほうでもバスがあるのでお仕事されてるご家族でもゆとりある暮らしができるのかなと思いました。家賃もほどほどなのではと思いました。
