    Mean vid Lozza, love bringing things back to basics and just jumping on the yak with one or two rods few packets of baits and into them 👌🏼

      Yeah mate it’s great to strip things right back once a year to realise how much we can overcomplicate things 😂

      @@yakfishfun8441 amazing how folks can still catch fish without a tv on deck and a glorified hairdryer under the yak🤣

    Love the content mate! Trolling that soft bait in the back rod holders is that good for the holder if you do that often? Was wondering if they will hold up over time...

      I fish light drags, just enough to hook the fish.
      The risk of breaking a rod or damaging a rod holder would be very low 👍

    hey im a new kayak fishing beginner whats that combo? im looking at investing inmto softbaiting never tried iut before ever

    • @yakfishfun8441
      @yakfishfun8441  5 місяців тому

      That rod is close to 10 years old, no longer available.
      You will be looking around the $400 mark to get a reasonable entry level softbait combo, ideally a 7ft rod rated 6-10kg and try to find something with a shorter but, long bits are a pain on the kayak.
