Extraordinary beauty on every level - the colors, the fabrics, the way they are crafted and, especially, the great love everyone in the film has for each other and their art! ! So much wisdom as well!

Japan is built in a way which is very weird, their country has the hotness of the south okinawa and coldness of Hokkaido north. They never have to leave the country. They have the whole world there.

Try a pressure cooker or vacuum chamber for certain parts to see how it improves the fabric or color.

6:55 Not true... The God of the Bible is not the god (small "g") of paganism. Notice, in Genesis 2, He clearly instructed Adam to subdue the earth...
There are no 50/50 division between God (big "g") and men because of the doctrine of aseity...
Humans, who may sometimes claim deity, is not - asei.
The pagan gods (small "g") are not asei.
This happens when Filipino politicians try to take pre-colonial categories into our present times.
There was a reason why God (big "g") allowed that their civilization be wiped out...
And you want to bring these all up into people's consciousness?
    😂
In the Bible, God allowed that the existing tribes in Canaan be killed. (Although we all know that the Israelites didn't actually fully obey Him.) The reason was that, along with their pagan beliefs, came lots of iniquities and deaths.

This documentary is one of the finest I have ever watched. Humans' respect for nature down to the fiber. The documentary has left me feeling full with every one of my senses satisfied. So thoughtfully and seamlessly filmed and edited that one could not find a knot in the
threads of a truly rare fabric and way of life. I am left with the harmony of a man singing into the tropical winds gently blowing from across the sea, to the clapping hands of rice leaves.
Thank you very much! - - hc
