so you do a video on the kessler receiver and can't demonstrate how you can snap the plate into place? Rather than go back and do it again, you post this?
It doesn't work with the Arca Swiss plate for a Mamiya RB67 camera. It snaps in but remains loose when you close the clamp. Unless there's some way to tighten the Kessler that I don't know about. It works great with Kessler's own plates. I've got the upgraded Kwik release - the V2.
Do you have any suggestions for a arca clamp that would sit on top of a manfrotto 500 AH video head that doesn't cost $150? I'm so frustrated right now. I get this Kessler is nice but I also see something that I would expect any receiving clamp to do. (Pop in from the top, not fall off, lockdown, be secure). I don't feel like this is "next level stuff" I'm asking for. Noting mean? I'm thinking about going back to RC2 stuff. Suggestions?
Justin Wallraven: It pops in. He just didn't use it properly. The red section pushes down, pops back up and locks with the lever. To open, open the lever, push the end of the red bar in and lift the camera/plate out. It's Kessler: well designed, well made.

Can I mount this on my Gimbal head for my Nikon 600mm f4 lens?
