Hello Guys! Ask lang po baka may makatulong sakin. Bali diba may Default username and PW tayo sa router. Pinalitan ko po yun Last March at ngayon kagagahan ko nakalimutan ko na po 😭 Hindi ko na ma access yung router, di ko na alam Password ng Wifi. May way po ba ma reset yun? Hirap kumontak sa customer service at magastos sa load wala akong landline. Help please baka may taga converge po dito. Sabi nila hard reser push lang daw button pero wala talaga button sa modem sir help Thank you in advance.

i hard reset mo po ung wifi mo. then punta ka sa ip add na nakalagay sa likod ng wifi. type mo ung default user and password.

our WiFi is currently subscribe to a plan, will the WiFi loose its internet as we reset it?

You won't lose internet per say. What the reset does is power down the router so it will disconnect from the Internet during this time so it can restore the settings to factory defaults. Unless you changed anything like passwords it should come back and your computer should be able a reconnect within about 5 minutes (maybe more) and you should be able to access the internet again. I believe bandwidth tracking takes place at the other end (whoever is providing your metered connection).

@@Mexico_z34 The only reason you should call your internet provider is if what I tell you doesn't work for some strange reason. All you are doing is getting the wifi to "reboot" so it can work normally again.
